Weasel, There is no violation of the War Powers Act. We are not engaged in any war or combat. We are merely giving aid to a democratic country that was attacked for no reason other than Putin wanted that territory of the Ukraine. Putin is a serious war criminal. He has targeted tens of thousands of civilian targets with no provocation at all. The Ukraine has not been admitted to NATO, and unfortunately probably will not. This murderous invasion of a peaceful democratic country is certainly a violation of the United Nations and the laws of war. We stood by our friends in the past even though we were not allies. The greatest example of this was our support for the UK during World War Two, before we were attacked by Japan.
Finland will probably join NATO as soon as it can, because it doesn't trust Russia for a minute. Sweden may join NATO for the same reason. I have no doubt that other countries bordering Russia would join NATO for defensive reasons, and Putin has nobody to blame but himself. If we don't stop Russia in the Ukraine, then where will we take a stand? Poland?, Spain or how about New Jersey?

I have seen more than one video of Ukrainians giving an account of the Azov brigade killed citizens. They then blame it on Russians. Azov brigade is the Nazi brigade.

And the Ukraine just admitted that the last civilians were safely away from the steel plant in Mariopul... Some of them have rather disturbing stories about the Azov..But don't expect the MSM to report on them...

Isn't it weird that Russia didn't just slaughter all if those civilians??? Since that's their goal according to the MSM....

Of course, if Russia wanted to kill civilians, they could have done it much more effectively if they had actually targeted civilians;; you know, the one's not being used as human shields by the Ukraine military!!
