People who criticize Trump for bone spurs (which he really did have, unlike Biden and his "asthma") without having had bone spurs have no idea what they're talking about. They can be extremely painful... Bone Spurs are bony projections that develop along bone edges. They often form where bones meet each other - such as in your joints. The main cause of bone spurs is the joint damage associated with osteoarthritis. They may not be painful all the time, but the risk of deploying someone to a war zone with the potential of having serious foot pain would be very detrimental to that person, as it would be difficult to run (or even walk) away from being shot at. My father had them, and he could barely walk when he had a flare-up.
