Get back to morals and a belief in a higher being. Stop the regressive stupidity and enforce the laws on the books. This ruling will open up the flood gates to all kinds of stupid law suits. Are we going to start sueing knife manufacturers, car manufacturers, baseball bat manufacturers, and parents for having children with hands? Since hands are the leading cause of deaths attributed to violence.

Gun control is hitting What you aim at. You can't stop people from owning guns, even "assault rifles". Especially since the qualifications for an "assault rifle" is purely cosmetic.

Sure if you could roll back the clock but you can't. The suit has already been ruled on and a direction set on account of it.

What prevents the problem of people taking semiautomatic clip fed guns to place to murder innocent people?

You know if that doesn't stop that eventually the gun laws will get more restrictive its only a matter of time.

What is the solution? Get back to God is not a viable solution for this scenario because we have no right to demand that.

What makes you think you can't stop people, sure you can if you fall under a dictatorship or an authoritarian rule. Being sued is all about intention. There are many commercials we have here in the states that other countries don't allow, and their done out of protection for their people, one being the children.
