Since the host countries of those Central American countries do not seem to be concerned about the drain of their children from their countries to the USA nor their well being, why not charge each country by the head count for each illegal alien child, adolescent (criminals?) and adults accompanying children entering the USA illegally in violation of law. It has been requested by the WH for a 2Billion dollar budget to care,feed and furnish medical etc etc for each illegal "minor child, adolescent and adult entering the USA illegally despite Presidential permission.
