When Chuck Hagel said we had to set the 5 Taliban Commanders free to take advantage of the chance to get Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl free I felt a total loss of respect for him and my government. This is a man that chose to put his fellow soldiers at risk by laying down his weapon and walking off to join the enemy, who he evidently respected more than his fellow soldiers. So they freed 5 of the most bloodthirsty murderers that we had in captivity to SUPPOSEDLY free a deserter and coward? How much time and money has the government spent trying to get Edward Snowden back so they can charge him with treason just because he felt it was his patriotic duty to let the people know just how badly this government was screwing us, the REAL government.

Now they are bound and determined to make a hero out of this coward while trying every way possible to get Snowden into their clutches so they can do God only knows what to him to teach others to never go against their crooked plots and schemes. Is it the fact that this deserter felt more love for the Taliban and Al Qaida that made him such a hero to the Muslim President? Just what is the reason they want to forgive him and make him a hero for doing what so many others have been shot for doing in a battle zone?

If they do not Court Martial this coward and at the very least put him in Leavenworth for life I will lose all respect I ever had for my government and military.
