It is a frivolous lawsuit and he will not win. But, immediately after his announcement requests for donations started. He has found another way to separate his supporters from their money. He is a con man.

My husband thinks this suit is just a way for Trump to raise more money for himself.
I think there a few other things to consider. The first that you can't sue facebook in Florida. You have to sue in the state it is headquartered in, that is California. The second thing is if you go on Facebook, you have to agree to certain ground rules. Trump broke those rules. So they kicked him off. They are a private company and can do this.
The last thing is about the discovery process. Trump will have to produce a lot of evidence and maybe cross examined in court, in person. He may be unwilling to do this.
