wyrox, , I was a teacher of seriously disturbed High School students for around thirty years. I never stopped taking education courses while I taught, and always did my very best to help these kids. While I taught, I met some super extraordinary educators. I have been blessed to work in a field I loved. I must have done something right because I still have lots of former students that keep in touch through Facebook. The special education facility In which I worked, had an eighty percent success rate. That means that eighty percent of our students went on to lead a functional life with a family and job.
I wouldn't call anyone I ever worked with as ignorant scum. We put our bodies on the line every day, when we had to physically restrain out of control teens as big as a house. Because of enlightened research and our dedicated staff, we were able to reduce these physical restraints over ninety percent in a period of just a few years.

It is natural for you to be defensive and to project your skill and prowess on all of your colleagues, some deserving, most not, all sweet people.

From an educational standpoint teacher cum administrators primary focus in University is education, which is largely absent a core body of knowledge. Many teachers, particularly secondary level teachers are barely competent in their specialty due to a combination of focus on education related classes and possessing a marginal ability to learn even the basic subject matter, particularly with math, physics, chemistry, English and history. Of course there are exceptions here, but on average I am correct. Look at the performance of teachers on university entrance exams.

It only gets worse when teachers achieve advanced degrees in education where at best there is a dubious core body of knowledge. Then they become administrators. Lastly, in many regions they become union slugs fixated on doing the bare minimum to keep their job, which isn't much.

I know my analysis is harsh. Again, there are exceptions. We get what we pay for.

They blame parents for there lack of teaching and treat kids by the status of parents . No morals or ethics . Most teachers are spoiled & worthless only care about there pay . Few care pretty sad . I totally agree. The public school system and 100% of the Universities are now teaching nothing but left wing propaganda. They use every chance to push ideas that divide us. The next step, and it has already started with the military are re-education camps. If you don't follow every rule put out by the communist party, you will be destroyed. THIS, is not the country I grew up in. It's difficult to imagine why the commies want to destroy that which was the envy of every country in the world. We are rapidly becoming India where everyone is defined by their "caste". And we have decided that we will now 100% support the criminal caste by defunding the police and not interfering with the BLM crimes, Burning, Looting and of course Murder.
