Come on, this was as predictable as red states being hit worse than blue states at the peaks of the pandemic...it won't take long for even the slowest among us to figure out that it's not vaccinated people that are going to be dropping off like flies like the right wing rhetoric and silliness seems to believe...

...if the alternative conspiracy theory is right, that those who are vaccinated are infecting or poisoning off those who aren't, which is why the unvaccinated are dropping off at a disproportionate rate...it's time to be on the side of the living that's doing the infecting and killing...DUH.

People on the right that have fallen prey to ridiculous conspiracy theories and lies are going to be pissed off when it becomes easily apparent that they are on the wrong side of this, that over 90% of those hospitalized and dying are unvaccinated. They are going to become increasingly angry and violent towards those who still wear masks because there are so many ignorant people in this country that make it a sensible precaution. Many who still wear masks are among the group of people who can't be vaccinated because of immune deficiencies or allergic reactions. People who are stuck like that do not deserve to be hassled by angry and stupid people.

Those who are dying that have refused to get vaccinated will be getting no sympathy. Colorado is a state where Covid among unvaccinated people is raging, two sheriffs died in a two week period, the second one was 33 years old...and ironically was a rabid anti-vaxxer...sympathies will be hard to come by for that kind of ignorance.

Patience is hard to come by for your kind of ignorance. You say 90% of the people hospitalized and dying have not been vaccinated. Newflash, sweetpea, 90% of them have other serious problems that would have hospitalized them anyway, vaccine or not. Only about 10% of Covid victims died of Covid alone. Used to be, when you got the flu and it morphed into pneumonia and you died, COD was pneumonia. Now you contract Covid, it morphs into pneumonia, you die and the COD is, of course, Covid. You get shot in the head and if antibodies turn up in the autopsy you died of Covid; somehow a bullet in your brain had nothing to do with it.

Tell this to the two sheriffs deputies in Colorado that died in a two week period, the last one 33 years old...who happened to be an anti vaxxer. They were eligible to be at the front of the line as law enforcement.

This is a story we will be seeing repeated over and over throughout the summer...it's one way to purge our country of hard right wingers. I'd be really curious to hear how other deputies that aren't vaccinated react to a 33 year old fellow officer biting the dust.

The numbers of people who have been vaccinated or already had the corona virus are at the point where continued masks and other measures are stupid. If someone gets the virus, there should be room in the ERs for them.

If we can still get the virus after vaccination, why aren't we getting booster shots ?
