Obama Unhappy with America's Constitutional Balance of Powers

It's funny how Obama suppose to be a Constitution Lawyer but, knows nothing about the Constitution or America. You would think if Obama would have lived in America his whole life he would understand the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. But, Obama does not understand the balance of power between the three branches and how each branch works.

So where has Obama been his entire life??????

Where was Obama during his college years????

Nothing the President is quoted as saying in the article is untrue.

Boo Hoo! Perhaps he's realizing this government is more secure than he thought because of the 3 branches. But it's not over. He still has the Marshall Law card. Then all hell breaks loose.

And nothing written in the article is untrue.

Both sides would probably like to see the Constitution altered just a tad.

Democrats would like to see it altered to give Democrats a distinct advantage to control all Americans. Republicans would like to see it altered to more judiciously protect all Americans' freedoms from the government. Therein lies the very, VERY basic difference between the left and the right.

As vehemently as you disagree with the left, I distrust the right. From my perspective, the right dismisses the legitimate concerns of a large portion of the electorate, calling them un-American, communist, stupid, etc. The right is not interested in protecting all Americans, only a small portion of them. What I see happening is not a communist take over, it's a corporate take over of the government.

It's not about 'ye shall know the truth and the truth will set you free'.... instead the right's slogan should be MONEY TALKS.

Let's quit blaming the barrel for the bitter wine. Some on the right are greedy. Some on the left are greedy. Some on the right want the wrong things. Some on the left want the wrong things. Some on the right are good Americans, some are bad Americans. Ditto for the left.

What if? What if the good guys on BOTH sides joined up and found ways to benefit the nation and the citizens and ways to help each side get what it wants. It MUST be the good guys, NO bad guys, to do this. Would YOU be willing to give it a try?

I found this video of Putin quoting Franklin D Roosevelt on how to stop war and exposing the NWO kind of amusing. He sees the disregard for international law as the beginning of the end for those who do not respect all international partners. Obama has overstepped his boundries and the rest of the world is not defenseless as Washington seems to think.

That is a sentiment I can get behind. I have always stated that there are many criticisms of the government from the right that I can agree with.

Are we looking at the same line? "President “I am not a dictator” Obama, the same man who once bemoaned that the U.S. Constitution is deeply flawed and America’s Founding Fathers had “an enormous blind spot” when they wrote it, is again complaining that our Constitutional Republic does not satisfy his dictatorial aspirations."

I think you read it wrong. The author was quoting Obama in that line. He was taking a dig at Obama.

The 2-seat Senate was the only way the founding fathers could give the people who live in rural areas a voice. Otherwise urban areas would run the entire country. What would New York City residents know about potato growing in Idaho? Absolutely nothing!
It's bad enough that urban areas often dictate to an entire state the electoral vote. Take IL for example. Research has shown IL would always vote Republican if it wasn't for Chicago. Citizens in southern IL complain bitterly. Or you have northern CA wanting to succeed from southern CA for the exact same reason: the southern cities dictate to the rest of the state.

It needs to stay the way it is, and Obama needs to quit complaining. If it wasn't for the country vote we would be in big trouble indeed.
