This is the kind of stupidity that these Trumplicans post and then they B**** whine and cry when we consider them to be of low intellect. If you want others to think you are intelligent, don't post stupidity.

Not at all, Trump and his lackeys are quite well known for filing frivolous lawsuits and have been filing quite a few since election day in an attempt to circumvent the will of the people and our constitutionally guaranteed free and fair elections. The election was held, the people spoke via their vote, he lost, now he is throwing a giant tantrum and wasting our time and money on his frivolous lawsuits, and you support his giant hissy fit. I am certain that had he decided to cancel this year's elections and declare himself king, you would have supported that as well.

There is evidence EVERYWHERE of all the frivolous lawsuits Trump has filed throughout his life, most in retaliation for a legitimate suit brought against him or as a way to intimidate someone that has brought a legitimate suit against him for in most cases, payment for services rendered where Trump has refused to pay. To not know these things this late in the game with it being so well covered... That is just plain ignorance and refusal to acknowledge the truth.
Since dtucker is too lazy or intellectually incapable of finding the truth, I suppose I will lay some out here for him. Interestingly enough, Trump's buffoonery is being used as a teaching aid for those looking to take their LSATs (Law School Admission Test), how is that for being famous, even if it is in a bad way.v The first link will be an example of Trump's buffoonery being used as a teaching aid.
https://crushthelsatexam.com/deep-dive-donald-trumps-long-history-of-lawsuits/And of course the veterans LOVE Trump, as they should since he supposedly has been so great to them.
https://www.veteranstoday.com/2020/11/23/congressman-files-for-disbarment-for-giuliani-and-22-trump-lawyers/Why are those veterans running such a defamatory article that makes Trump and his lackey's look like such incompetent and dishonest losers in their media outlet?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/house-democrat-seeks-disbarment-giuliani-22-trump-election-lawyers/What? A RW media poutlet jumping on the anti-Trump bandwagon? How dare they?
https://checkyourfact.com/2018/01/16/fact-check-has-trump-been-in-thousands-of-lawsuits/Ah, but as we ALL should know, according to RW nut jobs, EVERY factchecker is LW biased... What a bunch of delusional, low intellect, group of sore losers those incompetent clown enablers are. All the sites they call "fake news" tend to be the ones telling the truth, the sites they promote as the "truth tellers", those tend to be the ones pushing CTs, propaganda and lies. No wonder these Trumplicans are so confused and backwards.

Yes, I know, unless they side 100% with Trump and his Trumplicans regardless of the fact that they had no case whatsoever, they picked the wrong side as far as you are concerned. Justices "picking sides" is entirely unjustified and the only way they could hear and rule in favor of any case that so severely lacked any evidence or credence would indeed be "picking a side" as the case wouldn't have been decided favorably solely on it's merit.
Why should you feel justified in expecting the justices to go against the constitution and their own responsibilities as the arbiters of justice to hear a case and rule in it's favor when it is unfounded? I thought the Republican party was supposed to favor the constitution and be against changing it or ignoring it altogether, why are you people so dead set to ignore it now? Could it be that you people never cared much for it all along? It appears as though the only time you people ever seem to care much for it is if you think the "other side" is going against it, when it is your people trying to go against it, you never seem to hear many objections from any on your side.

SCOTUS, as with any and all judges/justices at various levels throughout the judicial system, they are held to fairly high standards and they should at all times do their level best to meet those standards and I would assume the majority do a fair job of living up to that very obligation. The reason that pat riot thinks otherwise is that he NEEDS to think that way in order to justify his continued support of Trump even with the mountains of mounting evidence of Trump's buffoonery, incompetence, refusal to adhere to the constitution of the United States and his refusal to honor his oath of office. Of course the RW fringe media that makes up for most, if not all, of pat riot's intake of current affairs have been spinning the facts and just plain outright lying to their audience in support of Trump, as I am sure is evidenced in the video pat riot posted in his reply to me that I will not be watching, I have little tolerance for RW nut job commentary so I don't watch any of it. To be fair, I also tend to not be too into watching LW opinion commentators either.
As trying to prove that the justices HAVE been doing their jobs the way in which they are meant to be done is essentially the same thing as trying to prove a negative, that there was no impropriety, I will not bother posting links to prove/disprove anything of this one.
Edit: Of course pat riot is free to attempt to prove a positive, that the justices acted inappropriately, if they can.
