Military retired pay and survivor benefits have been that way for the last 20 years or so. Cents, even up to 99 cents, are always dropped; never rounded up. I've heard it referred to as "truncated" rounding. Saves the govt millions every month.

It has been only political opponents who have tried to make an issue out of his fund-raising trip, and everybody sees through it. I am pretty disgusted by Republicans continuing to use the Benghazi tragedy for political purposes. They need to be called on their callousness.

Boehner is not the Tea party leader. The Teaparty wants him out because he chose to work with Democrats on just a few things. For the most part he has been an obstructionist. He was not obstructionist enough for the Teaparty so they want to replace him

Not true read the declassified documents. Also Clinton transition team was warned Bush about Osama that they had evidence that he was planning something in the US and needed the FBI and CIA to follow up on the evidence. But there have been x bush people who have come publicly that Bush just disregarded all the warnings of Clinton tradition team and the FBI.

But Pres. Bush couldn't help Katrina victims (Who were supposed to leave New Orleans) from the White House ? You seem to have a one-sided opinion of what can be accomplished by a president. Pres Bush knew Air Force 1 couldn't even land at New Orleans--though he did a fly-over, and saw all the School buses that democrat Ray Nagen DIDN'T use to evacuate residents ! So, Clinton DID know Bin Laden was planning "something" in the US ! Then why didn't he take him, when Israel offered him ?
