That is calling Fire in a crowded theater for the state did not allow the media to call the state, yet the media called the state anyways. That is illegal!

On top of the litigation, for example the state of Penn, broke the Constitution by going through the governor and the courts rather than the legislator to decide on state law, therefore in violation of the US Constitution. Thus the Supreme Court Justice ordered the state to segregate the ballots and not include them in the final tally, but did Penn do that? The question is unknown but to date that has not been done, and Penn is in violation of US General Election laws.
Now the Media (MSNBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, CNN, FOX) are all publishers and not covered by the same rules as Facebook, Google, and Twitter. Yet all of these are guilty of Media interference with a Presidential election.

As a remedy the plaintiff should request:
1. All FCC licenses of all co-conspirators to include (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CNN, C-SPAN, Facebook, Twitter, and Google) should be suspended for three months.
2. State Legislatures should vote for electors in a special session of state congress. or
3. A revote where voters go to the county seat and cast their vote at the county court house to ensure the fairness of the election.
Look neither Trump nor Biden wins with these remedies, but at least the integrity of the American Voting system and the Voter wins.
On another issue, the media has got to quit, when they are considered a news organization, interfering in these elections. If I was a lawyer my clients would include, Trump, Biden, Clinton, Obama, Bush, Gore, and Clinton. The defendants would be Social Media, the Media, and Google to include the associated Press.
This is clear evidence, and that is why Trump is doing the legal issue thing.

But there is more. There was found to be a software glitch in a county of Wisconsin. This software glitch stole votes from one candidate and applied it to another. Over 3,000 votes were found that this effected. But that number is too small to effect an election right? But the same software was used in all counties of Wisconsin. There are 72 counties in the state of Wisconsin. Therefore that's 3,000 x 72 =216,000 votes changed. Now that's 1/4 of a million votes. This occured in not only Wisconsin but also other states, 30 other states, so that number could be in the millions of votes changed. but there is more

Wtf is going on? I imagine a whole lot of ugly, seditious maneuverings by the Democrat/Socialist Party and their allies in the media and big tech. And it is so obvious that Americans are discussing it on political forums. So your question is indeed timely. Why are there no arrests? Perhaps the political class is trying to figure out if Americans are going to put up with blatant election fraud, and are willing to become serfs to an overreaching un-Constitutional government. I guess we will see.
