They are called sweetheart unions. A facade of an active union.

If your stewards are paid by your company they are still under control of the company.

Didn’t mean you , it meant all the gains and Benefits and protections that were fought for and paid for with blood were all taken back.
The Vice President of GE said “ no where in the Bible does it say that workers should have all of this stuff, and it’s time to start taking it back”!
