Expanded Digest Format: I'm testing a new digest format. If all goes well, it will be running together with the old format and everyone will be able to pick which format they receive.

I'm testing a new digest format. If all goes well, it will be running together with the old format and everyone will be able to pick which format they receive.

The idea is to show the preview of the first post for each topic in the digest.

Please let me know if you notice any errors or problems. And general feedback on this new digest format is welcome too (but please keep it on topic).

I'm going to sticky this announcement for a bit so that everyone gets a chance to see it.

I like it...it saves clickings and reversings ( I only use a cellphone- no computer).

I greatly prefer what we have now. It requires much less reading before making a decision which thread to open.

Me, too, because I still have no access to a computer. Like Roamin'Catholic, I have to use a cellphone, too, but in my case, it's an obsolete Android.

It'll make things easier for those of us such as Roamin' Catholic and myself who have to use cellphones instead of regular computers, but Admin says that you can keep on using the old format, if you want to, but the new one could make it possible for me to see ALL of your links and videos. Nothing wrong with that, is there?

I do too. Since I am close to computer illiterate, new things computer wise will just make it easier to make mistakes, and more likely not to post.

Well uhhhh I’m not really sure how it works, I’ll have to play with it for a while but NO I do not like change or people messing with the way things are already use to seeing.

I fully understand. According to Administration, you can pick the format that you're more comfortable with. Since I still don't have access to a computer or know someone who I can trust who does, I'm going to give the new format a shot.
