You can't judge all by the few on taking care of people.
I've been taking care of people for most of my adult life.

Good point which is why it should still be supported and not dismantled. Of services done by PP only 3% are of abortions done through PP where the mothers life is in danger. No one can convince me that after a woman/girl has carried and cared for their infant in the womb for almost 10 months, would EVER WANT an abortion, that is beyond all comprehension.

You are correct we can't judge all by the few, that has been my point from the beginning, especially from people on the right who seem to think only the left gets abortions, or that all people on the left believe in abortions, both are untrue.

Kudos to you, myself and all who help care for others, let's lead through compassion.

Portland mayor demands removal of camouflage-clad agents detaining protesters – video
The mayor of Portland has demanded that Donald Trump remove militarized federal agents deployed to the city after some detained people far from the federal property they were sent to protect.

“Keep your troops in your own buildings, or have them leave our city,” Ted Wheeler, the mayor, told the president, at a news conference on Friday.

Trevor Timm

The Democratic governor, Kate Brown, said Trump was looking for a confrontation in the hopes of winning political points elsewhere, and for a distraction from the coronavirus pandemic, which is causing rising numbers of infections in Oregon and across the nation.

Brown’s spokesman, Charles Boyle, said arresting people without probable cause was “extraordinarily concerning and a violation of their civil liberties and constitutional rights”.

The Oregon attorney general, Ellen Rosenblum, said she would file a lawsuit in federal court against the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Marshals Service, Customs and Border Protection, and Federal Protection Service, alleging they have violated the civil rights of Oregonians by detaining them without probable cause. She will also seek a temporary restraining order against them.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Oregon said the federal agents appear to be violating people’s rights, which “should concern everyone in the United States”.

“Usually when we see people in unmarked cars forcibly grab someone off the street we call it kidnapping,“ said Jann Carson, ACLU interim executive director. “The actions of the militarized federal officers are flat-out unconstitutional and will not go unanswered.”

Federal officers have charged at least 13 people with crimes related to the protests, Oregon Public Broadcasting reported on Thursday. Some have been detained by the federal courthouse, the scene of protests. Others were grabbed blocks away.

The protests following the police killing of Floyd in Minneapolis have often devolved into violent clashes between smaller groups and the police. Tensions have escalated since an officer with the US Marshals Service fired a less-lethal round at a protester’s head, critically injuring him.

“This is part of the core media strategy out of Trump’s White House: to use federal troops to bolster his sagging polling data,” Wheeler said. “And it is an absolute abuse of federal law enforcement officials.”

One video showed two people in helmets and green camouflage with “police” patches grabbing a person on the sidewalk, handcuffing them and taking them into an unmarked vehicle.

“Who are you?” someone asks the pair, who do not respond. At least some of the federal officers belong to the DHS.

Customs and Border Protection said in a statement its agents had information indicating the person in the video was suspected of assaulting federal agents or destroying federal property.

“Once CBP agents approached the suspect, a large and violent mob moved towards their location. For everyone’s safety, CBP agents quickly moved the suspect to a safer location,” the agency said.

However, the video shows no mob.

In another case, Mark Pettibone, 29, said a minivan rolled up to him around 2am on Wednesday and four or five people got out “looking like they were deployed to a Middle Eastern war”.

Pettibone told the Associated Press he got to his knees as the group approached. They dragged him into the van without identifying themselves or responding to his questions and pulled his beanie over his eyes so he couldn’t see, he said.

“I figured I was just going to disappear for an indefinite amount of time,” Pettibone said, adding that he was put into a cell and officers dumped the contents of his backpack, with one remarking: “Oh, this is a bunch of nothing.”

After he asked for a lawyer, Pettibone was allowed to leave.

“Authoritarian governments, not democratic republics, send unmarked authorities after protesters,” the Democratic US senator Jeff Merkley said in a tweet.

US attorney Billy Williams in Portland said on Friday he has requested the Department of Homeland Security’s office of the inspector general to investigate the actions of DHS personnel.

In a letter, Oregon’s two senators and two of its House members demanded that the US attorney general, William Barr, and the acting homeland security secretary, Chad Wolf, immediately withdraw “these federal paramilitary forces from our state”.

The members of Congress said they would be asking the DHS inspector general and the US Department of Justice to investigate.

“It’s painfully clear this administration is focused purely on escalating violence without answering my repeated requests for why this expeditionary force is in Portland and under what constitutional authority,” Senator Ron Wyden said.

On Thursday night, federal officers deployed tear gas and fired non-lethal rounds into a crowd of protesters. Wolf visited Portland on Thursday and called the demonstrators, who are protesting racism and police brutality, “violent anarchists”.

He blamed state and city authorities for not putting an end to the protests. But Portland police said on Friday they wound up arresting 20 people overnight.

At least two protests occurred Thursday night, one near the federal courthouse and the other by a police station in another part of the city. Police told protesters to leave that site after announcing they heard chanting about burning down the building. Protester Paul Frazier said the chant was “much more rhetorical than an actual statement”.

California Governor Gavin Noisome has ordered a statewide mandatory blindfolding policy
https://www.veteranstoday.com/2020/07/20/blindfolds/

California Governor Gavin Noisome has ordered a statewide mandatory blindfolding policy to help slow the spread of coronavirus. Noisome’s Executive Odor 666-666 requires all citizens to wear blindfolds as well as masks whenever they leave their homes, and revokes all health and religious exemptions from masking and blindfolding.

“Studies show that when you blink, your eyelashes scatter tiny droplets of moisture into the atmosphere, potentially contributing to the spread of COVID-19,” Noisome explained at this morning’s press conference. “The best way to stop these moisture droplets is at the source, by wearing a cloth blindfold over your eyes. If all of us join together and blindfold ourselves, we can get through this thing together without ever seeing what’s really going on and without having to look at each other’s fear-stricken faces.”

Noisome said that mandatory blindfolding, like mandatory masking, not only slows the spread of COVID, but also offers economic benefits. “Cottage industries are already springing up, as enterprising Californians turn ordinary pieces of cloth into blindfolds and sell them on the internet,” the governor enthused. “And while it’s true that the Amazon delivery drivers will take longer than usual to deliver the blindfolds to your doorstep, since those drivers will themselves be blindfolded, the bright side is that Amazon will have to hire more drivers, which is good for the economy. Since paying all those blindfolded drivers will cost Amazon a pretty penny, we expect that Jeff Bezos will put billions of dollars into accelerating the development of self-driving vehicles, which will ultimately solve the whole COVID problem by making humans obsolete.”

Responding to civil libertarians’ concerns about heavy-handed enforcement of the masks-and-blindfolds policy, Noisome said police won’t be arresting or shooting scofflaws, at least not in large numbers, because the police themselves will be blindfolded. “We expect police shootings to go way down,” he explained. “And since the police won’t be able to see the skin color of the people they shoot at, nor aim with any precision, the disproportionate killings of black people will finally end, fulfilling the demands of protestors and turning the page on a sorry episode in our history.”

Noisome said mandatory blindfolding would also obviate the need to remove statues of politically-incorrect historical figures. “If nobody can see the statues, why bother to smash or remove them?” he asked rhetorically. “It’s actually cheaper in the long run to blindfold the population instead of having to pay for statue removal.”

The governor added that if mandatory masks and blindfolds don’t stop the spread of COVID, he would consider issuing another executive order requiring people to wear earplugs to stop the virus from riding into the body on soundwaves. He added in light of scientific studies showing that COVID can be spread by flatulence, the state might also have to require people to “put a cork in it.”

I will agree to some extent with the idea that fascism and communism are both totalitarian. But I don't really see the NWO/Bilderberg agenda being defined by either of those systems especially communism because the Bilderbergs are defined by their private ownership of controlling assets, the antithesis of communism. And fascism is a militant extension of populism that simply cannot operate without being in your face with direct control over militia. Bilderberg is more about being the wizard behind the curtain that most people don't even see.

I noticed your wording though... you said they USE both systems... maybe.

I did use your suggested search argument on Google and I found this...
The True Story of the Bilderberg Group

Guess what I found in that article? The agenda for a 2019 Bilderberg meeting in Montreux. And guess who was in attendance? Jared Kushner and Mike Pompeo among others.

So are you sure Trump is the champion against the NWO that you once described him as? I told you even then that Trump is more likely part of the NWO agenda than opposed to it. It's kinda looking like I'm right about that.

I believe the appropriate term here is plutocracy. It's an interesting word because it's basically the system that has always controlled our nation in spite of our claims to democracy. Even more interesting because it carries with it a certain taboo, as if Americans are discouraged from using the word. Plutocracy is simply a form of society controlled by the wealthy and judging by Trump's actions over the last 4 years it's pretty clear that Trump is supporting the plutocracy not the people.

Well yeah... we're pretty much talking about neoliberalism here which makes the whole NWO seem a little ridiculous. There's nothing new here... It's the same world order that underlies the American hegemony from 1945 to 2016.

As for ZB's statement... I expect that was all for show - he certainly wasn't suggesting any hard links between communism and their world order. He was simply suggesting that the U.S.S.R would eventually win the cold war because communism is the better system... it was a taunt if anything.

At least you admit it's not a partisan problem. I remember all those conservatives screaming and pissing about the increasing national debt under Obama. The national debt is still piling up under Trump but I don't hear a peep out of those conservatives now. Were any of them actually concerned about the national debt or were they just looking for poo to fling at the black president?

eagleye13 wrote:

Trump broke the CFR monopoly on our “representatives”.

Yeah, I see you trying to hang your hat on that one, but it's a weak argument for supporting him. Trump himself wasn't "ordained" by the Bilderberg group but that doesn't mean much, other than their lack of confidence in his ability to do anything. They apparently don't see him as a threat either. They don't HAVE to have a guy occupying that office to continue with their agenda. Especially, now with American global dominance waning the way it is. In fact, a bumbling fool who constantly trips over himself might be the safest option for them. Another possible advantage for Bilderberg would be the distractions that Trump can't help but create. Either way, in the shadow of the Bilderberg Group and its members, Trump is a small fry trying to be accepted by the big leagues. The idea that he of all people could stand up to Bilderberg is absurd.

And... what "representatives"? Our representatives are in Congress. The president has zero influence on who gets installed in Congress. If the CFR has any influence over that, Trump would be powerless to affect it. Even then, I think Bilderberg has always got it's traction from the State Department, not Congress and as you can see Mike Pompeo is attending their meetings. Trump probably had no control over that either. Maybe that's why he sent his faggy little cabin boy, Jared to go with.

Now look at Trump - 10% increase overall. Only Carter and Dubbya increased spending more than Trump and I'm betting that more of his non-military spending went to his family and their opulent lifestyle than either Carter or Dubbya.

That made me very happy 'cause I was having a hard time watching her writhe in pain. If left up to the rabid right - she would have just suffered.

Yes, they also perform abortions but if you read my previous rant you would know that I see that as a lesser evil. No one wants to say it's OK to kill an unborn human, I know I don't. But if it's going to happen anyway and it WILL whether it's legal or not (you can't avoid human nature no matter how deep in the sand you stick your head), I would rather it happen in clean environment with qualified medical professionals, equipment and counseling all of which help minimize the pain and suffering.

I also like that PP records enough information so that analysts can study patterns of pregnancy in the context of economic conditions, so that we can learn more ways of preventing unwanted pregnancies.

Honestly, in the fight against the brutal murder of unborn humans I see pro-choice fighting hard and all I see so-called "pro-life" doing is screaming at the only people who are actually helping.
