I think heroin is preferable. I personally knew someone who took heroin and I've seen videos of heroin users. Sure their eyes look like shit and they have no energy, but OMG look how thin they are. I am so jealous. I am not sure crack users can compete with the starved bodies of heroin addicts. Then again, they are more energetic.

Perhaps I should not have posted the photo of Obama showing off his healthy body.
The one picture of the current president would have sufficed to illustrate his extra pounds, which, just from visual perusal, does not look like a "slight weight problem" to me.

Since one can assume Obama had health insurance of some kind while he was in office he was in compliance with the law. The ACA only required that everyone have health insurance or pay a penalty. It never did and does not now require anyone to participate in a government-run health insurance program.
