Yes, I did notice, sooner or later more facts will emerge from his debates. I once knew a guy who was married to a Chinese girl, and had many diplomatic problems from here in the US and China. Didn’t want to add any more grief to his mind by putting the screws to him.

the Chinese would not block the OPP, they learn something from the chaotic interaction in the so-called social media, the desperate loneliness of many posters anywhere, who try to forge their long lost identities "online".

The tragic conundrum develops when the most "stage name" posters become weary of the very anonymity as originally promised. Many begin to reveal, via anecdotes or being forced by the thread context, their personal circumstances, which are also easily measured by the frequency of responses to other posters.

The social atmosphere is easily detected by observation of these various "political" sites: apart from the loneliness aspect, there is also an important finding of the various mechanisms allowing users to either block or "ignore" the fellow countrymen who hold different viewpoints. This is called "an impotence quotient".

An important measurement for our enemies. The overt insults of those who are smarter than the poster, or dare to disagree, are welcome by the ones who desire more division in the society they seek to conquer.

On the subject of "online" cowardice and intimidation:

Owing to the inexplicably sudden impersonal 'online' communications, we cannot but remember the art of letter writing of old, when none or a very little was misinterpreted by the recipient.

Now, in the "online" era, we love to pretend to misunderstand most everything, including the "friendship".

The "online friendship" tends to be the most insidious type of blackmail mimicking the phony civility of a narcissist. Just count the number of the pronouns "I", to be convinced.

newbear, You write very well. I know this because I write rather well. You are writing at a lever only professionals of higher learning are going to full comprehend. There are some people on this forum that will be unable to enjoy your prose. Even I have to reread some of your threads and try to figure out what got you started on your line of thought. So, for my sake, and a few others, please try to more clearly define your case.

The Chinese Communist Government might study OPP, but they would NEVER allow the Chinese peasants to view this forum. And of course people on a forum such as this will always say things they would never say to someone to their face. That is why forums such as this exist.

When I was a Criminal Investigator back in 1974, I was issued an anti-putrification mask for making scenes with "Stinkers." It kept me from having to breath in all the putrification flotsam in the air around the dead bodies. Putrification generally refers to the gases emanating from a putrefied body removed from water. Fascinating subject for a cold night by an open fire.

Jflorio. You re right about LBJ. Under Eisenhower he stealthily watered down the Civil Rights bill. When he became president he pushed a bill to buy votes of blacks.
After info came out on LBJ, blacks and liberals ignored LBJ's racism. The almighty buck talks very loudly.
If we dont wise up about Liberal/Socialist Democrats It will happen again but with Communist China probably buying off more Americans. Goodbye free America. Its been a good 2.5 centuries with great progress inc in racial relations. All Wil be gone.
