having you go in every 30 days was a bad deal. Someone was not paying attention. I get called regularly but I do try to make appointments and keep them.

It was a very bad deal....as I was so depleted, anemic....and took a time to recover after going in 6 months in a row. But...I don't do that anymore....just occasionally.......
Have a good day!

A curious thing happened to me. After years of being glued to the TV watching some of Fox and some of MSNBC, it came to an abrupt about three months ago. I did not wean myself off or even think about it; I just stopped altogether and found myself totally disinterested, even to the point of not asking myself why. This happened to me with boxing. An avid fan from the age of about ten, one day I was watching a match and totally lost interest. I thought to myself, "Why do I want to watch two men beating each other up? What's the point?" And that was it.

Maybe it was the grace of God working on me. And maybe that led me as well to a great recipe for pot roast: Put the meat in heavy duty aluminum foil; take dried onion mix and condensed mushroom soup and mix together with on-third a cup of water; pour the mix over the two pounds of meat; cook at 300 for four hours. Yummer zummers. I also occasionally add one large yellow onion, minced garlic and half a cup of green chili. Greatest gravy I ever tasted.

I help people, and have done so for over 30 years...and LOL...would be a very wealthy woman if I had kept all that money for myself. Today....in a little while, I'll pick up a friend who is HIV positive......and, as we do most days, find something to do....go to a movie, help another with a yard......whatever comes along....in which we can be of service. Believe me, there is never any slack in this need, because there is always a new hungry homeless person....a child who needs something..........it's never dull and never boring. I am considering volunteering at the VA hospital in my spare time, as I love working with Vets....particularly those with PTSD. I don't intend to spend the rest of my years in front of a television set. There's too much to do.

Doggoneit, rumitoid! Now I have to go and buy a roast! I like potatoes and carrots, too.

As for the news, it really doesn't matter....'cause we get NO news but what 6 corporations allow us.....which is absolutely NOTHING of value as far as the people and the nation is concerned. I watch off and on.....

Again, it doesn't really matter......what is happening today.

What DOES REALLY matter....is the SOURCE....who is pulling the strings....and has pulled them for centuries.....the banks in Europe, The Crown, the Rothschild dynasty.............those who are dedicated and determined to end life on earth as we know it. And....I am determined to tell everyone I meet about it.....it's like cats having kittens.......the number compounds exponentially when people REALLY want to know.....the pendulum swings....and I can't wait. I want my country back! And, for the truth to come out....and those that have used religion, cultures, countries, and ethnicities to accomplish world domination, all they time lying about it and about their own racism against all other people on earth............it's time THEY came to an end.

All in all for most of us can get by with what life throws at us.

There are just to many bumps in the road put there by some.

Bumps in the road to help them self, that just make things harder for most of us.

If you blink when you open the foil, it will give about thirty or so thinly sliced pieces. Yes, VERY tender.

Potatoes and carrots of course and absolutely. But I am saving my pan roasted potatoes recipe until another day. Maybe tomorrow, so tune in. I feel that if more people ate a good meal, like my pot roast, we would live in peace and harmony till the end of time.

We obtained a third feline. He is seventeen pounds, twin (in looks) to our fourteen year old, five years old and my youngest is totally overwrought. We were so worried about how our elder would react and thought little about our two year old. She is a diva on good days; however, is even worse currently. Within three days of obtaining the "intruder", I left for two and a half days. I have been informed by UncleE and ProgenyE, she was only seen once during my absence.

If you want a chicken rice recipe, I have one that is a hugely easy. It is somewhat of a cheat at cooking as you use a prepackaged flavored rice. Let me know.

Certainly would like your recipe. I eat a lot of chicken and always like to try new ways. My inlaws had a huge cat named Mongo. he was huge for a tuxedo cat. was quite a cat lived about 20 years. My kitty is a spayed calico who adopted my shop.

Immediately slice extra to use for sandwiches to take to work. Always carry an extra sandwich or two for a "street" person in need of food. Better yet, go to Dollar Tree. Buy some small disposable food containers. If you add potatoes and carrots to your pot roast, you put a slice or two of roast, a potato and bites of carrots in each container. Purchase some plastic forks and spoons and Some small fruit cups along with brown lunch bags. Put a container of the meat/veggie serving, a container of fruit, fork and spoon in a bag. Carry one or two with you and when you see someone asking for money on a corner because they need food, give them the bag of food. It is cynical to say you do not where the money goes, but it can be true. If they truly need money for food, you will be providing them with a meal. Every time I do any kind of soup I do a bag with a small container of soup, peanut butter crackers and fruit. There are three or four older vets I see in the same areas. They each get a bag. Oops...went a little off cheerful topic. I will cease now.

There are several flavors of Zatrains packaged rice; yellow, jambalya and Spanish. BUY one of each. I wait for big sales on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. A week ago one of our markets had them at $1.88 per pound. I snapped up three packages. We are clucking currently.

Take two or three chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces. Spray a medium to large size frying pan with non stick cooking spray. Toss in the cut up chicken and cook until almost done. Toss in one package of the Zatrains rice and the required package instructed amount of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover as instructed on the package. While it is doing its thing, slice a couple of stalks of celery, about half a pepper (I use red), dice some onion (you choose how much you want) and take a big stalk of broccoli, cut the florets in small bite size pieces and some slices mushrooms. When it appears the rice and chicken mix are about three fourths cooked, you toss in and mix around all your fresh cut vegetables. Cover again and finish cooking. Start to finish it may take about forty five minutes. Sometimes I go wild with the jambalaya rice package and add smoked turkey sausage, or you can just use smoked turkey sausage with that one instead of chicken. If you use the jambalaya, add some garlic seasoning mix.

You do realize if Loki finds out we are doing recipes we will be in trouble? He is the ex chef. I am sure he has never used anything prepackaged and will mock me greatly for not purchasing and mixing all my own spices.

Why not I love homemade soups. I live on the coast so I make some super duper clam chowder from the Gaper or empire clam . dig em myself I go way out wher the big ones over apound apiece are.I been doing somthing simelar with marinating cut up chicken breast in lemon juice and soy sauce. I did not Know Loki was a chef. He is one smart cookie no pun intended. I think I gave you my southern fried chicken recipe. Here it is if I didn't. Slice about 5 lbs of yellow onions and lay about half your slices in a roaster for a "bed. Take a cut up fryer flour it and salt and pepper it like you would always do. Brown all the pieces then arrange them on the bed of onions cover them up with the rest of your onions. Cover the roaster and place in the oven at 350 for about an hour. Onions should be just starting to carmelize. You know the rest Mash taters and gravy I like corn. Real yummy always a compliment for the cook.
