All Illegals should be sent back from where they came from. Start a cowboy roundup on them. The national guard should be called out to enforce our borders. Surely the congress can override Obama, when he does not enforce the laws.

Collect ALL (men, women, children (even IF born in USA they are still "illegals") and return them back to their country of origin. However, prior to returning photograph, fingerprint, blood type and etc. so, if after deportation, they attempt to return , they may be properly identified and be treated as "illegal invaders" or "criminals" and treated accordingly! Regretably, I do not have the answer for the "treated accordingly"! Maybe, as suggested above, the answer would be to reduce any and whatever "aid", financial or other support we give to their country of origin would get that country to take internal action to improve the "life" of its citizens to the extent they do not wish to leave! Far fetched BUT a "possible" solution!

I have never understood why a baby born to illegal parents is considered a citizen. Just giving birth on American soil should not entitle the child to be a citizen.
As to allowing illegals to gain citizenship by serving in the military, didn't work for the Roman Empire, won't work for America.
Sometimes, I am sure our leaders were dropped on their heads as babies. These ridiculous laws just encourage more illegals.

You're absolutly right. And as far as the military, they go in to learn warfare and combat tactics then get out and join gangs.
