Not to MY satisfaction, at all. If you were born here as you imply, since you say your family immigrated (I assume) from Spain, then EXACTLY WHY is it that you speak like a Mexican, with errors like "I didn't responded" and "my family are from SPAIN" and "almost everybody in U.S. are european descendant.", all within just this one post? Hmm?

You weren't born here, that's for damn sure, not with the way you mangle English, but you never claimed yourself to be from Spain, you keep saying you're an American.

I am sure that you are aware that not every American citizen was born in this country. Many were born else where and became citizens, which would match his statement completely.

Perhaps it is the therapist in me that believes acting civilized and behaving like a grown up is a better way to communicate than childish name calling. No, I am not offering my services as a therapist. I work only with young teenage boys who have been molested by men and I try to help them put their lives back together. If that may have been your problem years ago, it is apparent that therapy would not be effective at this point. You are what your are!!

Please. The guy was whining that sad old whine about how we Europeans came in here and took HIS land away from him, and he was talking about MEXICO. I read his remarks. I guess you didn't.

Then you thank him so graciously for lying to you.

If you're providing therapy for young boys I shudder to think how you may be doing it because if you're really that dumb, or naive, you sure aren't helping them much. I don't need therapy, let alone your incompetent, snide type of "help", thank you. Maybe you should try getting some yourself.

Oh, and... you're lying about being a therapist. No genuine one would ever say that someone is beyond help, EVER.

So what exactly ARE you doing with those young boys?

I still think you're going to pre-menopausal stress - especially the last few days. I used to enjoy some of your posts, but you've been on a "bad" run lately. You've been viciously attacking everyone. What's really bothering you?

My dear, it bothers me to read lies. As for the pre-menopausal, it's far to late for that even if I were a woman, which I'm not.

I'm less than happy with this forum because of the deliberate liars and obfuscators who persistently do their best to rip the truth to shreds when it's our country that's at stake. I tried a different forum and got bombarded with malicious toobars and such, so here I am again.

The other part is the well meaning people who buy into some of the most blatant crap. I know not everyone can see through the blarney but it still annoys me.

Lastly, I decided to take a page from the Leftard trolls and use their own attack methods against them. It sure shuts them up, anyway. I could just ignore all the B.S.-ers and only talk to those who seem reasonable but most of the time, the thread is highjacked by the second page by Bojester, Glaucon or one of the other Liberal, spinning and twisting trolls. So I decided to go on the attack.

If you were paying attention, it was No Propaganda who attacked me. I simply returned the favor. So. Why are you now attacking me, hmm?

Now stand by, because I'm not done yet.

I thanked him for the answer. I did not say that I believed him, and will go back and read his posts, but it really isn't worth fighting over.

As far as the therapy, there is a time span in which certain types of therapy are effective. From your posts, i am under the impression that you are to old for therapy directed at a young person. What I am doing is certainly not what you imply, which is why many homosexual activists hate the type of therapy that tells young men that the molestation was not a "good, kind man showing them that homosexual sex is more loving than any other kind" You would not believe what comes from some, but not all of the activists. If they get the age of consent down to being 12 legally which they are pushing, the society will be even more screwed up than it is now. I am an old married man, who has no intention of molesting anyone. so, if I were you I would be smart enough not to accuse people you don't know if such horrendous acts.
In the mean time, I will try to be civil to those I respond to, but that is not to say that I will believe what they say, including you..

You were certainly behaving as if you were going through that period. Men DO go through something similar to menopause you know.

As far as hating lies, grow up!

Have you thought that you shouldn't be on a forum. You know that you will come across many different opinions - or you should. Why do you take offense to them? It is possible to simply ignore them. I do believe that argument gives you a charge and that's truly the reason for your being on a forum. That's not good for your blood pressure. Just take what entertains you and let the rest go.

It is NOT your responsibility to police and educate all of humanity.

The reason I posted this time is that you became truly down and dirty with Everyone, which is uncalled for.

Alicia,

I thought these sites were supposed to be for honest discussions and exchange of ideas. More and more it would seem that they are just places for arguments over petty matters such as where someone came from, when valid discussions about their philosophies and where they got their facts would be more interesting. They sound like my sister's grandkids and the kids are four and seven. Perhaps others find it entertaining, but I guess I just don't. Other things to do with my time. We are training a new therapy dog for the kids I work with and the dog seems more perceptive than many of the posters here, and far more useful.

npp, I agree with you. I do appreciate the forum when those involved are truly discussing ideas. I certainly see how childish it too often becomes with the name calling. If those involved could at least keep an open mind, perhaps all could learn as well as the dog. At least the dog doesn't call you names.

I believe that when people cannot express their ideas they become frustrated and resort to yelling. A raised voice doesn't accomplish much - at least most of the time.

I am basically a cat person. My household is pretty much quiet and I truly do say such things as "excuse me" followed by a compliment. It is rare when I have to get to "MOVE" when necessary for someone's safety.

This forum ran very well for about two weeks where those involved truly discussed topics in a civil manner and were actually complementary to each other. Do you think it could have been the Red Moon that caused such civility? (Somewhat joking, of course.)

Your job must be both frustrating and satisfying. I envy you.

I have been on other forums and most of them do not allow for differences of opinions or ideas. You either agree with the liberal or conservative stance of those on the forum, or, are kicked off. I believe this forum allows for opposing conflicting opinions and idaes. It is just that some people cannot tolerate ANY opinion or idea that is not inline with their ideology and rather than defend them and argue their merits as they see them, they resort to strawman and ad hominem attacks on the poster. They need to be ignored and I am not saying that I am totally free of guilt from being sucked into their bullshit.

The U.S. Supreme Court political appointments had transformed the First Amendment into a powerful tool for Corporations and wealthiest individuals seeking to evade and invalidate democratically-enacted reforms. The U.S. Supreme Court 5 Republican Justices majority ruling in Citizens United and McCutcheon V. FEC overturned longstanding precedent prohibiting Corporations and wealthiest individuals from unleash a torrent of money in our political process, and now presents a serious and direct threat to our Democracy. We need a Constitutional Amendment process in the U.S. Congress to correct those egregiously wrong decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court that go to the he heart of our Democracy and self-government.
