Just as the Congress has taught us, the best way to deal with a problem is - to not deal with it. Let someone else do it, but don't inconvenience us while you're about it.

Should Congress pass a law requiring ALL law enforcement to determine citizenship of their detainees, every advocacy group in the world would be up in arms. We whine and complain about all the illegal aliens ruining the country, but don't want to be involved in dealing with the issue.

So, congratulations to Oregon, for not letting the Fed tell them what to do, you know, feed illegals for a day or two waiting on ICE. Boo to Oregon, for not being willing to help with a solution. I mean, their illegal inmates had lived somewhere and probably worked somewhere, also illegally, which is a crime that they should investigate, but it's not THEIR problem, it's the Feds.

While calling on the Federal Government to do something about all the illegal aliens running around and not being willing to cooperate in doing so, means that doodley squat will get done. Cutting off one's county nose to spite one's national face, is rather stupid. A county will hold someone until a bond/fine is paid, but once that's done, THEN you have rights. I was once held for 21 days in county jail, because I didn't have bail money, then the judge dismissed the case. Did I get compensated for my illegal incarceration? Of course not, I didn't even get an apology. It was just too bad that I wasn't an illegal alien, it seems that they have more rights than citizens do.

By all means, let's continue to debate the illegal alien question and do nothing, that's what our Congress has taught us to do. Perhaps ICE should ask HHS to put a hold on these people, for not buying their insurance.

Our economic system needs a captive work force. Having a work force with captive illegal aliens is one of the best ways to do it,

If they complain or rock the boat they are gone & the next one steps in.

How can you change something when the are those that do not want to have it changed.

It is the perfect way to keep the masses divided.
