The first problem with your silly economic theory is the fact that the money spent at the liquor store came from the store owner. He paid taxes which were given to the welfarer. The welfarer then gave some of it back to the store owner in exchange for a bottle of booze that the store owner had to buy from a distributor. In reality, the store owner would be better off without paying taxes and just giving away the booze to the most worthless in his community, at least then the govt bureaucrats who handle the welfare payments wouldn't get their cut.
Your last sentence displays your ignorance well. Yes, most welfare recipients are white, but not working. Worse, to call it a subsidy to employers 'who pay sub standard wages' is absurd. That implies that if you hire a kid to mow your lawn, you must provide total subsistance to the kid and his/her entire family for life.
