Good point. I agree there aren't any good candidates for president in either party. Clinton, Biden, what a laugh! Every election the candidates from both parties get worse. When will we ever see a truly good and decent person come forward to lead this country? Both parties' leaders are corrupt and ignorant. They only care about their true backers and constituents, the insanely rich 1%. They throw crumbs like Obamacare, Welfare, phones, Medicare and Medicaid at the masses to keep them happy. They are dumbing down American kids with Common Core to make them unaware of all of the crimes they have and will commit. Making kids more ignorant will help them all in the future to control everything with out any interference from those smart enough to see through their criminal plans.

The Republicans have selective Alzheimer's. They would like you also to forget that both parties reversed positions in the 60s, with white southern racists bolting the Democratic party for the GOP. This happened because LBJ signed the civil rights act of 1964. They would have you believe they still worship Lincoln when in fact if he were alive today, he would never be invited to an RNC meeting.

The creepiest thing about the GOP is they want the right to be bigots and still get the respect of the nation. There was no reversal of party positions. The electorate or voters switched parties when the democrats started promising all of the free goodies. LBJ was a bigot and only coddled to the blacks for their vote. Why do you think he said "I'll have those n---ers voting democratic for the next 200 years." He didn't give a crap about civil rights! He along with the rest of the bigots in the democrat party that blocked every attempt by the republicans to give these rights to the blacks, only aligned themselves with the minorities to try and keep power. The voters let themselves be fooled and jacked by a smart politician. Much the way voters do today when offers of free stuff come from the government.
