I see it as as simple civics lesson, really. The kind of thing they should be teaching in schools and colleges instead of the drivel they put out. Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?

Our govt is great, its some of our reps that are misguided.I would vote for NIKKI HALEY. She did a great job at the UN.
Yes, the Great American Experiment rumbles on, and on, and... May it be ever prosperous. Nikki Haley impressed me with her handling of the UN ambassadorship. I had my doubts when she was appointed but those soon disappeared as she put those tinpot dictators in their places, sometimes all at once. A very strong leader and an excellent Presidential prospect. how about Trey Gowdy for her VP? Hm? What a team!

A Haley-Gowdy ticket would get my vote in a heartbeat... And in 2024, the Dems will still be in the doghouse, anyway, over all the tragedy they"ll have experienced at the conclusion of Barr's investigations.
It would have to be an exceptional woman. There is none running now that would be anything more than a disaster as president. Clinton would have been a complete disaster.
Women - like it or not - are most often too emotional to be effective leaders. Women like Margaret Thatcher are exceptions to the rule. Women who vote for a woman just because they want a woman in that position are being shortsighted and foolish.

Ha! They voted for Slick Willy because they liked his hair! Women...
Can't we just admit we've taken the idea that, "Anyone can grow up to be President of the US", too far?

Um, no. I really see the idea of 'anyone' as being just that; 'anyone'. Me, you, the guy down the street, the woman on the corner, literally...
Anyone. There are a few caveats outlined in the Constitution but beyond that, sure, literally anyone. What's wrong with that?

Formidable women those two, with evolved cat claws and a ferocious bite. No man could produce that kind of nasty, it's totally feminine.

Oh, you know about that 'feminine nasty' too, huh? I like a woman who stands up for herself.

I can be nasty.. but I was raised around a bunch of men.. so I'd rather use my fist than my claws and knock them on their ass..However... I'm not one to beget violence with violence especially in a war of words.. Unless they punch me in the face literally, then I will knock them on their ass! As far as a battle of wits.. the right wins hands down.. bc we CAN take the gloves off when we have to.. but that here lately has been a militant liberal MO..
