Trump wants to change Birth-right citizenship for illegals coming here and having children. Their children are legal, parents are not and can be deported. Who will the child stay with if the parents are deported? This is another reason we need comprehensive immigration reform. The Chinese are doing the same thing. Planeloads of pregnant women from China land on the west coast cities for the women to have their babies born with American citizenship. We are due for a Manchurian Candidate in the near future, although many thought Obama was one. He wasn't. He was just your average garden variety socialist Muslim. But he was an American Citizen.

A minor child is in the legal custody of his/her parents -- therefore there's nothing to really dispute, the child doesn't stay here, he/she should go back to the old country with the parents.

If they're not here legally, an anchor baby should not be their ticket to remaining in the United States -- that's got to be one of the most convoluted concepts in all of our laws on immigration.
