The Tables Turn...

That's why they are all screaming for impeachment. Because it can happen much faster than such investigations.
The House can draw up the Articles for Impeachment but it is the Senate, presided over by the Chief Justice, that tries the case and then must obtain a 2/3 majority to convict. Fat chance! Clinton was factually guilty but got off. Trump is being tried in the court of CNN, MSNBC, WAPO, The NY Times, and the Marxist Progressives Party and their supporters for the crime of winning an election.

Wait! That's it! They can impeach him for winning the election! Brilliant! (Now, if I can just find Nancy's number....)

The Mueller report hasn't even begun to be fully read and correlated as to points and cases to be made, let alone be seen in full unredacted form.
Part 2 is an indictment on obstruction, it is the case, it makes the case, and Barr cannot weigh in to judgments any more than Mueller can, it is up to congress and Mueller repeated that several times.
Barr is obviously working as Trump's attorney and will likely be recused from anything to do with prosecutions. His communications with Trump and the white house counsel were not acceptable for the separation of the DOJ and the executive branch

Volume 2 is simply an op ed by Mueller stating his distaste for the behavior of Trump. There is not a shred of evidence that any behavior of Trumps generated a cause for impeachment. Treason, Bribery and High Crimes and Misdemeanors are reasons for impeachment. Trump's describing the investigation as a witch hunt and a hoax is not a crime...nor is it obstruction.
Misdemeanors are typically defined as petty theft, prostitution, public intoxication, simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespass, vandalism, reckless driving, discharging a firearm within city limits, possession of cannabis and in some jurisdictions first-time possession of certain other drugs, and other similar crimes. (And before you go nuts, "prostitution" means prostitution of yourself, not paying for it).
Winning an election is not an impeachable offense.

My comment about impeachment for winning an election was dripping with sarcasm. But you knew that huh?

All fishing expeditions driven by blind hate in the hope of finding anything to use to get Trump. The needs of the country be damned. All that has ever matter to Democrats is getting Trump.
All that mattered the past few years to Republicans were phony hearings into Hillary Clinton about Benghazi and her email server. Despite the efforts of Trey Gowdy and colleagues, nobody connected to her went to jail. Although Trump has not yet been indicted, there were a number of his people who did go to jail.

You are a sub par news gatherer, that's the reason for most of you Swamp Progs repeating Bullbiden.
Just because your favorite criminals have escaped prosecution, in no way makes them less guilty.

There sure will. The whole thing is one gigantic RICO case. All predicate crimes, for example the FISA warrants were gotten by lying to the court both that Hillary and the DNC paid for them and they couldn't be vouched for. Then the wiretapping which needed the FISA. Then firing Comey which started leaks etc.

Wow, you guys have to stop watching Hannity on Fox and listening to Limbaugh on radio. The FBI warned the Obama administration about Trump's connection to foreign enemies before the elections, and McConnell squashed it. The FISA warrant was legal and the dossier proved that Trump was in bed with Putin. Trump is a criminal and will be prosecuted - unfortunately, it may take another couple of years.
