It's not me who finds the electoral college vote ludicrous!
Did you whine and scream at the sky when the Kenyan won under our same electoral vote.
I didn't cry, whine or scream about any candidate...
The constitution supports the electoral college, you just don't like voters, and that's what it does, it dilutes votes.

Yes, I want to scrap the electoral college. What are you afraid of.
Afraid is the wrong word, I'd rather not fight in another revolution. This is what I mean. Scrapping the electoral college is another way of moving the goalposts to ensure a dem win. If you think "NOT MY PRESIDENT" and resistance from snowflakes was anything, what do you think it will be like if the right decides to pull that? The left has been asking for a civil war, careful what you ask for, this just might be that red line. Remember, we don't meltdown. Things turn to shit, we pick up our guns and fix it. Oooora
Anyone of legal age that is unable to go through the process of obtaining an ID.
Or, does not know where to go to obtain an ID.
Just might be too stupid to vote.

We'll scrap the electoral college in exchange for allowing a sitting president to be exempt from term limits as long as he maintains the popular vote.
The popular vote is what you want, right ?
I find that to be rather peculiar when you consider that you democrat folks just ain't very popular right now.
I've asked several of you here on OPP just exactly who you support in 2020.
So far, none of you have stepped up and proclaimed your champion.
So if you think you're gonna retake the Whitehouse with the popular vote, just exactly who in the heck do you have that's more 'popular' than Trump ?

Without the electoral college, we would have the United Cities of America, and then the rest of us. You wanna do away with the electoral college? Fine. The cities can make ALL the policies for the country, and grow all their own food on the roofs of their buildings, eat pidgeons and rats, recycle all their plastics for fuel oil. Just Stay in your filthy cities and keep away from those of us that believe in the U. S. Constitution.
Oh, and don’t complain when we build a wall around your chaotic concrete city of insanity. Remember, we’re the ones that feed you and have all the guns.

In past years it was fun to visit LA, Chicago, New York, Houston, Boston, and other cities.
And often several times a year.
Now, no desire.
Always enjoyed going and always enjoyed leaving after a week or two.
Traveled east coast to west coast by a car or motor home several times.
Maybe New Orleans and a few smaller cities.
Fishing taking up the fun part these days.

I am afraid that there are too many stupid idiots that espouse the same anti American
thoughts that you and the likes of you want to impose on this republic. I don’t want to be under the direction of a government that was elected by the small parts of the country just because they have a large population of leftwing armpits. This country is too large and diverse for that. Everyone has a right to his vote and the way the electoral college was devised by people with a hell of a lot more knowledge and love of freedom than you and your fellow travelers have is, as far as I am concerned, working vey well. If it worked in your favor for the past election, you would have no complaints. Enjoy America for what she is, not for the socialist country that your party wants to make her into.
