I don't think his chances are good for a variety of reasons some that aren't even apparent yet. The Fed was stopped from raising interest rates because the crash of 2008 was fixing to crash again. There as been so much debt accumulation the last 10 years that higher rates means people wont be able to pay up so the fed had to stop. The Cap goods index has declined three of the last four months at a 3.5 % annual rate because Reaganism has wiped outmost of the middle class and the people who sell to the masses can't sell their stuff and if they raise their price they lose a sale Money has been printed like never before in history but it is all sloshing round at the top the inflation is in luxury goods but the people at the top has made so much money the last 10 years they don't care about cost. in June the recovery from the 2008 crash wil lbe ten years old equaling the longest recovery in the nations history so long story short, We are much much closer to the next crash than we are from the last one. Only this time the Fed will not be able to do anything about it and this may be the big one I predicted in 1993 that should occur within the next 20 years but the fed eeked out some extra years with 10 years of zero rates and it looks like 28-29 years now
