The word "swastika" comes from the Sanskrit svastika - "su" meaning "good," "asti" meaning "to be," and "ka" as a suffix.

Until the Nazis used this symbol, the swastika was used by many cultures throughout the past 3,000 years to represent life, sun, power, strength, and good luck. Native Americans did use a form of the swastika as did Greeks, Indians, Italians, and it can be found on Egyptian Temples at Karnak. I have read there are temples in Japan that still uses it, I have not seen it for myself as I have with those in Egypt, Greece, India, and Italy. As you summarized, it did not always represent white supremacy.

I can not find anything in my history books about the Democrats using the swastika.

Unemployment is at a 17-year low. And California’s state budget has a multibillion-dollar surplus. It also accounts for about 20 percent of the nation’s economic growth since 2010, significantly more than its share of the population or overall output.

This all sounds as just opinionated racial bias, he never had a social agenda, propaganda, he never killed businesses, and the Republican party under Bush DID bring America to he knees, which Obama brought us UP from, you just don't want to face that little fact.

i think it was the Sanskrit usage that I had heard of, the rest is all new to me..
