Huge change, the US can send 3.5% more dairy products to Canada, the same amount Canada agreed to with the TPP.
EU, South America and any others they could scarp up..
In exchange we got the same deal as before but with a 16 year approval point which Canada desired..
China.. that is a different matter.. we will have to watch them..
