IN OTHER WORDS YOUR NOT GONNA VOTE TICK TICK TICK

Apparently you are unfamiliar with absentee voters.

Absentee voters like U.S Military, jobs that make it hard or impossible to get to the polls to vote.

Paralyzed from the waist down and in a 400 pound electric wheelchair allows me to vote absentee.

I don't recommend trying to get into the polling place that is not handicap available.

Semper fi

That is because they only investigate federal crimes

The local authorities have jurisdiction and they would laugh at such a claim. It's just a smear campaign and delaying tactics.

Are you insane? Kavanaugh was accused, it is up to the accuser to prove her case, not Kavnaugh's obligation to disprove it. So far every potential witness she has cited has denied any knowledge of the the alleged incident.

And the senate GOP refuses to let witnesses be heard from under oath, yeah right.

They certainly investigated Anita's claims with Thomas.

Then it was a Federal violation and not a state violation.

An alleged sex crime or underage drinking would be a state crime. No federal law was violated. Even the states statue of limitations has ran out like 20 years ago.

The left’s characterization of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is falling apart after another individual identified as being present during the alleged sexual assault by Kavanaugh has come forward and rejected the accuser’s story.

In a letter sent to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, California professor Christine Blasey Ford said there were four people besides herself at the party when she was allegedly assaulted by Kavanaugh.

One of those four people, Patrick J. Smyth, a high school classmate of Kavanaugh, provided the Senate Judiciary Committee with a letter rebutting Ford’s allegations against Kavanaugh, according to CNS News.

“I understand that I have been identified by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as the person she remembers as ‘PJ’ who supposedly was present at the party she described in her statements to the Washington Post,” Smyth said in his statement published by CNN.

Smyth went on to claim “no knowledge” of the party Ford described.

“I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh.”

Smyth also commented on Kavanaugh’s character and his treatment of women.

“Personally speaking, I have known Brett Kavanaugh since high school and I know him to be a person of great integrity, a great friend, and I have never witnessed any improper conduct by Brett Kavanaugh towards women,” Smyth said.

Smyth’s statement makes him the third person to deny Ford’s claims out of the four individuals Ford said were present at the party....

I guess my take on this will show my age & old people are not acceptable in the New World of Leftist/Liberals. They might to a minute or two to realize they will get old too, Government by them cannot stop that.

If the Dr./Professor, whichever she wants to be called this hour of this day, was 15 years old, why in the Hell was she at a party w/ no adult supervision? If anything happened, she needs to be bitching at her parents.

I have a granddaughter that will never be in that position because I have spent my whole career, truly impowering women, not building straw man bullshit. I addressed single parent issues, in the late 80’s, paid for childcare for single parent employees, provided lawyers for child support cases, spousal abuse, education, self defense training.

I do not believe a damn word of what the Dr./Professor says, think it smells funny. If anything like this ever happened to her, her parents are to blame.

If you want to live in a real world, a better world, get your head out of the collective ass of politics.

I agree it never happened. Honestly, I am shocked this peccadello that supposedly happened between two children nearly 40 years ago is causing such a furor. NO corroboration of anything then or since. This whole thing is a waste of our employee's time. Maybe someone should begin reminding Congress sternly that they ARE our employees. And remind them to get to work doing their JOBS instead of forking around with nonsense!

This judge presided at her divorce trial. Considering what a straight arrow he is, he would have recused himself if he was aware that he knew her from his youth. She did not identify the judge as someone she knew at that time. The excuse that it was a repressed memory is a flimsy basis to make such an accusation. It could easily have been an implanted suggestion which she fastened on a figure who had irritated her. Psychologists are notorious for persuading their clients that they have been sexually abused, it is the diagnosis du jour.

You keep claiming that, yet when you are asked to prove it, all of a sudden there is nothing there.

Maryland has no statute of limitations on felony sexual assault. However, in the unlikely event that this actually occurred, two underage teens groping after consuming alcohol illegally is only a misdemeanor. The MD statute of limitations for this is one year. It has been expired for at least 35 years.
Ford has repeatedly changed her story, her "witnesses" have either contradicted her story or in one case recanted.
She cannot remember the address, or the time, or the number of people there, or how she got there or how she got home. Senator Frankenfeinstein sat on her letter through the entire confirmation proceedings in which Kavenaugh answered over a thousand questions. Crickets from the Senator. The FBI has investigated the hell out of Kavenaugh already and never a whisper of anything like this.
Ford's one witness says that she was not there but the story was "all over school." Considering Ford stated that the incident occurred during summer break when school was not open, that's a good trick.
