As a candidate, President Trump was heavily critical of Barack Obama’s golf habit and once told an audience that “I’m going to be working for you. I’m not going to have time to go play golf.” So obviously that makes his own golf habit fair game for scrutiny.
But our eyebrows went up when we saw this tweet by a liberal-leaning veterans group — retweeted or liked by more than 50,000 people — because it offered such a precise number, to the dollar: $72,181,957. We often warn readers about false precision and decided to examine how this was calculated

It's way more than 72 million. The cost is 5 million PER WEEKEND - and that's NOT including the costs to State and local law enforcement agencies. In addition, the tax payer is picking up the costs for the monthly ( sometimes more frequent ) campaign rallies, sans the venue rental. Air Force One costs $5000 per minute to fly, each trip requires two C17's carrying the Beast and Secret service vehicles and all of those related costs. I estimate by December 2020.................we'll have spent 1.7 BILLION on Presidential play date.

He also owns some of the worlds finest golf courses why shouldn't he play them?

So you're saying it's okay that in the first four years Trump is on Pace to spend 379 days golfing??. He says he's doing it to create better relations with Congress. Okay? out of the 97 golf outings so far only seven have been with any members of Congress and none of them have been with Democrats. These are all checkable facts. Directly through the White House so no claims of fake news here... In 8 years Obama did spend 302 days on the GC. A huge number but about a third of what Trump is on Pace for. About 759 according to the office of the W.H. and it was later in his administration that he played more often. Not in the beginning.

FACTS: President Trump uses his own Golf Course every time he plays golf.
He does not spend anything. He works almost 24 hours/day working for the American people. He does not even receive salary as president of the US. He donated to charities. What did Obama cost the tax payers to fly to Hawaii or to fly his family to shopping trips in France or Spain? At least Trump isn't paying for $1000.00 per night rooms because he is staying at his own place. I wonder how much tax money Obama wasted trying to interfere with Israel's election? That not only was a waste of dollars but it was illegal also! I hear a lot about Russia but I don't hear anything about Americas involvement with Israel's elections. The Democrats want to help with the drug problem sweeping across the US and want to set aside a Billion per year for the next 10 years instead, they should help finance the wall which is the source of the drugs coming into the country. And I suppose unfortunately there are people that think that it doesn't cost anything for him to take Air Force One and the entire Entourage to his resorts and feed them, house them, pay them for the day, the week the 11 days but you just keep on going believing that fake news premise so that no matter what real news comes out, you'll just discredit it so that you can move forward with your own personal agenda.
