I noticed that Trump was quick to claim victory, because our NATO allies agreed to spend more on defense. Wow! No other President in history has EVER gotten them to agree to spend more on defense! Um, hold on....................

Let's see, Ronald Reagan got them to agree to spend more, George H.W. Bush got them to agree to spend more, Bill Clinton got an agreement, so did Bush JR. and Obama. I guess agreeing to do something is as good as actually doing what you've agreed to do.

Then again, N. Korea agreed to give up their nukes....................so it's as good as done.

I'm going to try that logic on the folks I owe money to; "Hey, I said I'd pay you back..................so you should act like I already did and declare a victory!"
