The feds had no case, that's why they withheld the evidence that would clear the bundy's.
If they had a case they should have presented it with confidence.

The judge dismissed the case to save the governments face.
The Bundies wanted the case to go to the jury.
The government was losing big time. There was no chance of a conviction if left to the jury.
Jurors made that point after the trial.

They seem to think that all they need is the accusation.
