Yes it does. If he was not born in the US his mother could not have passed on her citizenship to him because at the time of his birth she was too young and had not had the required time living in the US herself.
If he was born in the US he was not a Natural Born citizen because his father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth so he would not have been entitled to be President or Vice President under the rules of the Constitution.
And his birth certificate was proved to be a forgery.
These are all facts. Just because you don't care does not make it untrue.

That was quickly typed out and given to the newspapers by his lawyer. Then he found a "real" certificate and that was used as a replacement. A very fishy story and it does not make me satisfied at all. After all, who would not have his/her birth certificate in a safe place? Who would not know where it was at all times? Even my kids would not do that and they are very forgetful. After all, with a career in public life, college, working for the government when it would be necessary to prove identity even for a job as dogcatcher, how could he not have his birth certificate and Social Security Card? If I employ anyone and he cannot prove identity he is quickly let go, so how can the President get through all that fanfare and scrutiny and still not be able to prove who he is? Even to this day he cannot do it.
