'TAKE THAT, TRUMP!': This Maryland Democrat Just Cut The Most Absurd Political Ad In Recent Political History
By Ben Shapiro June 7, 2018

On Wednesday, Maryland Democrat Richard Madaleno, who is running for governor of the state, ran one of the great political ads of all time. The entire ad was directed at attacking President Trump in some of the stupidest possible ways.

The ad begins with Madaleno sitting in front of a house explaining he wants to "deliver progressive results and stand up to Donald Trump."€ Then, according to Madaleno, he launches into a list of things he'€™s done "€œthat already infuriates him."
Already, you know this is going to be good -€“ the chances that Trump has ever heard of Madaleno are squat.

So, what has Madaleno done?

The first scene features Madaleno standing amongst children. "I protected Planned Parenthood from the Republicans in Congress,"€ he says, no irony in his voice. A girl states, "Take that, Trump."€ Rewind that girl about 14 years and she’d be subject to the tender mercies of Planned Parenthood in the womb, but this is apparently how you own the cons.

The next scene features him with another group of children. He states, "I helped ban assault guns in Maryland."€ One of the other kids says, "Take that, NRA." Leaving children unprotected in school to own the cons. Well done.

After that, we get yet another group of children. He explains, "€œI believe in public schools, not vouchers." One of the kids states, "€œTake that, Trump."€ Being stuck in a failing public school to own the cons. Solid stuff.

But Madaleno saves the best for last.

He closes with a shot of him on a lawn with his two adopted children and his husband. It turns out Madaleno is gay! And he’s gay to own the cons, too! He kisses his husband and then turns to camera. "Take that, Trump!"€ he chortles.

Yes, I’m sure that Donald Trump cares that Richard Madaleno has sex with his husband to own the cons.

This has got to be the worst pickup line of all time. “Hey, wanna have sex so that we can show Trump a thing or two?”

If this is the mentality of the Left – that conservatives are so crazed about homosexual sex that even the presence of two gay dudes is some sort of giant victory against conservatives – then it'€™s no wonder they’re having trouble connecting beyond their base. Nobody cares what Richard Madaleno does with his husband. It'€™s a free country. And the notion that Donald Trump, of all people – you know, the candidate who held up a rainbow flag at a rally – is sitting around agonizing that Madaleno likes dudes is hilariously preposterous.

In the words of DJ Khaled: Mr. Madaleno, congratulations, you played yourself.

Amazing how they use children to support killing children.

The real question is Why did God create mankind at ALL?? He certainly didn't NEED mankind. Or why didn't He kill off ALL mankind in the flood? Why did He save anyone at all?

Maybe ask another question--Why wouldn't God create a sick child or allow a child to come down with some disease cancer or something else? Or allow someone to die at a young age? (not just a child, but anyone?) Do you or we, think we are SO Special that we should not endure hardships in this life?

Do you think a loving God should ONLY allow good to happen to people?? Or should we be allowed to endure hardships so that we can appreciate the good? Would you even know what "good" is if you didn't understand what 'evil' was??

Which takes us back to Genesis, and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil..All Adam and Eve knew in the garden was good..UNTIL they ate of the tree of knowledge of Good and and Evil..then they learned what evil was. God told them "do not eat from that tree" but they ignored HIS warning..and ate anyway..so why do you want to blame God for them ignoring His warnings to them?? Had they not ate we would not know such evil could exist.

People want to call God a tyrant, yet, He allowed THEM to make the choice to heed his warnings or not--He even told them the consequences--and yet they made the choice to eat any way..and now ALL mankind through Adam and Eve suffer those consequences, so again, Why blame God? Are you angry He wasn't a tyrant? Are you angry He gave them the choice at all?? He certainly didn't force them to eat the fruit of the tree, but He followed through on the consequences of that choice. Are you angry He followed through on the consequences??

It's much like a parent who tells their child don't touch or do this..there will be consequences--be it if you touch a hot stove you will get burned, if you don't look both ways before crossing a street you could get hit by a car..You speed you can get a ticket--Parents are forever telling their children their actions have consequences--sometimes they heed that advice and sometimes they don't. And in that respect, sin entered into the world, and we are just like Adam and Eve (from birth) in the garden and do not heed the warnings given to us--it is embedded into our DNA--that when given the choice between heeding good advice and going our own way--9 out of 10 times we make the choice to do what we want, thus going our own way without care of the consequences of our choices. We are selfish--we don't want someone *telling* us what to do (even though they aren't always telling you what do or what not to do, they are merely advising of the consequences of the choice your about to make), we want to decide for ourselves, we want to be our own God, our own master..

" The real question is Why did God create mankind at ALL?? He certainly didn't NEED mankind. Or why didn't He kill off ALL mankind in the flood? " Why do most of us choose to have children ? Life is so much easier with out them. The only practical use for them is our old age and we cannot be sure of them on that . The answer is they are a continuation of us. God being immortal does not not need us for his old age or for after his death. As our children enrich our existence just by being, hopefully we enrich God's existence by being there for him to love us and have us love him back. As beings of limited lifespan and limited understanding we are not given all the answers, particularly why bad things happen to good people.

I don't expect all the answers, I was reading the initial post "why does YOUR God allow" and decided to pose some questions for them to consider. Many people, including believers get angry and frustrated at things that happen in their lives, and to those they love.

I know God allows such things to bring us beyond ourselves, they teach us compassion, and love beyond our own selfishness.

There have been things I have gone through in this life, where I have asked.."why not me?" "why shouldn't I have to endure something like this"? what makes me think or believe I am so special that I should not endure such pain and heartache, when others do? Does it mean God does not love me, because this happened?? No..it doesn't. When others prosper does it mean God must love them more than He loves me because I have not prospered in the same way? No, it's doesn't mean that at all.

I remember reading Job for the first time and going ballistic towards God. God allows Satan to kill Job's family and inflict great physical harm to him on a bet. A bet ? That had me royally angry. A good man is punished because God and the Devil made a bet. How unfair can you get ? The story of Job is man's attempt to explain why bad things happen to good people.

In my own life I had a couple of close calls where I and my children could have easily been killed and were not. I had a sibling die of a brain tumor. A quite slow and humiliating way to die. I had a couple of cousins killed in freak accidents at young ages. One of my best friends died in a sledding accident when I was a kid. I was at cub scouts or I would have been at the sledding hill that afternoon.

In every case afterwards I had to wonder why I was lucky and others were not. I certainly was not more deserving than they were. As I have gotten older I pray a lot more. I do not have the answers, but the alternative of the Atheists seems far worse to me.

Maybe your answers are in what you are doing right now. God says of those who are HIS,”I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU.” Right now in this post you are confessing that God keeps His promise listed above; but for a miracle at the hand of God I would not be alive today. And I am trying the best way I know how to show Praise and Glory unto HIM. Using this format and Facebook to accomplish that mission.

Well stated.
Knowing the why of everything is not possible.
But knowing Him makes a difference.
A lasting difference?
