I find myself thanking you a lot eagleye13. No I haven't finished the research on the first article (I did cut-n-paste that one also). Lucky for me I already had the quotes, well all but one.
I live in Tucson and it's getting hot already. You gave me a good reason to stay under the cooler all day.
This research (I'm not yet a novice in this area) for every quote I find in-favor of I find one in opposition of. Just makes sense to me. I do spend too much time (my impression) in checking background on whoever is writing what. That's still difficult for me. Have a lot of cut-n-paste in my computer. Do you remember the 60's & 70's? There were articles written & published claiming a lack of I.Q. due to the color of a persons' skin. Being the cynic I'm turning into, Ph.D. means "Piled High & Deep". I've been around enough real intelligent people via a title who I wouldn't hire to walk my dog. I'm particular on who I quote.
I'm real down of U.S. society. I've convinced myself there are too many with an I.Q. far below Forrest Gump. I see a lot of truth in what you wrote, then here is our society voting in someone whose humping the legs of those rich who are so destructive to our own society.
I'm a supporter of Star Trek, kindof. Money doesn't exist in that future. Imagine the fight those rich & spoiled, unethical, murderers will give to stop no money or financial economy. I have asked a question of people that if our home was like a Star Trek holodeck, how would our society be? Are people mature enough to handle the holodeck? Only one has said yes, all the rest have said no, and I've been asking that question for a long time. Yesteryear, when I came home from work, I would love it to sit in a boat with my wife at my favorite fishing hole. I also say I need the strife in my life to feel needed, like I'm making a difference. After-all, I was one of those at D.C. always making a difference and think I have. People just don't have a clue who was behind some things in govt. they like, sometimes that was me.
You can count on me to thoroughly research what you brought-up.
I have a question for you. Since my writing, have you been questioning things in your everyday life (like TV commercials & shows) that fall into the unethical area?

I enjoyed Star Trec a bit, but never was what they call "a Treky". I have always found reality more interesting than Science Fiction. Even stranger.

I think I can speak about our govt. in D.C. with a level of intelligence. I worked there for 8 years. Reading what other people say about our govt. when they have no experience about it all always has bothered me. Yes, I was invited many times and worked in the West Wing of the White House. I've always thought this country is so great due to democracy. Imagine if we had 100% (or awful close to that) involved in voting. I believe the greatest right we have is our VOTE. We have the opportunity to overthrow our govt. every 2 years and really should do so. Everywhere I look I see Ethical issues. I've read much on our Fed. Reserve and so far you are correct again.
Question: What if the law was changed so that the #1 priority was not simply making money but first take care of community first (community defined as local [city-town], state, region, country, global)? I mentioned commercials because such pays for so much including what we get as news. I refuse to allow the "Gulf of Tonkin" to happen to me again. I like to quote our 1st President, General George Washington when he said not to believe a word govt. says to question everything. We, as a society, are lied-to so much that people believe that a person could not be President unless he/she knows how to violate the law and with experience in violating the law; somehow it has become "acceptable conduct" to lie. I don't use the word "Morals" since I would rather avoid the religious debate with anyone though I was once an "Alter Boy" catholic church. So I say "Ethics". I am only trying to concentrate on the top 3 to 5 issues people will include as ethical conduct. Studying global ethics, there are many differences, but none on the top 3 or 5 except the order of priorities.
Time to ask a few things of U.S. society (exactly why I would never be elected again) "Is that who you are?" meaning "Everything we say/do is a direct result of your own personal ethics.", if you think of yourself as an "ethical" person then deceit is "unacceptable conduct" that you are well within your rights to insist upon your elected representatives, including President.

OK agree eagleye, well most of it. Nixon never denied what was on tape. Remember, he disputed releasing some tapes to SCOTUS that ruled against him. I can see why cuz the tape specifically related how can they cover-up that mess. A day or two later he was impeached. I think they should have gone further to court to prove Article 2 Section 4 of our Constitution, then Ford did the pardon thing. Strange I heard recently from someone who was way too young to be born then that the pardon was to unite the country. From people around me at the time nobody said that.
As I said before, I really could not tell on the issue of Trump what was fabricated and what is not, so I fall-back on "Ethics" well deceit. Caught Trump lying many times over. To be an ethical person myself, I cannot attach myself in any way to someone unethical. I'll bet many people will support Trump while calling themselves ethical when they are far on the unethical side via support of deceit.

Sorry, I fail to hear the lies from Trump, I can't see immorality, I don't see ignorance, or any of the desperate attempts by the international and obamaleft to criticize Trump.
I see a humorous guy from Queens who unabashedly loves America and doesn’t quibble with enemies, including those who do all they can to remove him from office.

This is exactly what I've explained. President Trump is the savior of the world. He has chosen the direction where we could avoid wars, and hope to have good relationship with Russia. Peace on earth rests with US and Russia the two superpowers that could solve these most dangerous problems.

President Trump has chosen the right path of a peaceful resolution. He is the president of the United States, and made that executive decision which I am certain the best for saving our planet. I am certain that Russia has that ambition and had realized it's the best choice. The democrats however call the decision of president Trump treasonous.
They should have acted and called Obama's various treasonous acts during his administration.

1. While Iran chanted death to America, and burned our flags, Obama provided Iran $150 billion, plus $1.73 billion cash. As a result Iran rapidly was able to manufacture nuclear arsenals, to completely destroy Israel and the US.
2. He did not stop ISIS, in 2014, calling just a JV team. But on the contrary, ISIS became the number threat to the world. It almost eliminated all Christians in the Middle East.
3. Obama facilitated the Fast and Furious arms dealing thus killed our border patrol agent thru the arms Obama and Holder supplied to the Drug cartels.
4. He refused to sending military power to Benghazi and allowed the Ambassador and 3 other Americans killed, as he went fund raising the following Benghazi.
5. He lied about the cause of the deaths of the Ambassador in Benghazi and 3 others support team.
6. He released the 5 Taliban leaders held at GITMO, in exchange for the release of military deserter Bergdahl while he paraded his parents on front of the WH lawn, praising them as they invoked that allah is great.
7. He removed the US security forces in 2011, when Iraq was not yet prepared to manage and save their own country. Thus ISIS his JV Team took over all the military assets left by the US forces, 6000 Humvees, and millions of military equipment. This allowed ISIS to take over Iraq for certain period of time, plunged all their assets and oil fields, killed ethnic groups including most Christians.
