I agree that if all you have is a High School Diploma, then you need a trade school or something to get a good job, but I also think that you are also free to not go. We have freedom to NOT succeed as well as to succeed. No man is guaranteed an outcome, just the chance to do what he or she feels best at. If that is to sit at home and do nothing, then fine, as long as YOU find someone that is willing to support you. Having the government do it is NOT a right. That is called stealing and is against the law, unless you are the Fed, then it is OK.

all of our, most life changing inventions in the world came from people who were kicked out of school, like our lite bulb guy and henery ford, there are history books look it up there are very few people who were educated that come up with anything!!! most educated people only know how to steal from those who god gave a gift and its not for you and you will not be able to take that ha! ha! ha! and if you keep trying you will choke on it!!!! i hope that all you people out there figure out we need to take our country back or we will face the same thing the native americans faced and i am a good share native american god bless!!!

i was put in a reform school when i was 15!! when i finaly got out of that, i took care of myself without anyones help no county help! no state help! no fed.help! no help from anyone i worked!!!! yes i worked! with my hands that god gave me, and i could think with the brain god gave me, i can raise all my food and enough to feed my neighbors, and i can!!! can it and dry it, i can eat from the swamp and woods, i can butcher a cow, deer, chicken, fish, or anything else the lord god put here for us to eat!!! and you know what i have know debts to anyone other than god!!! and i have a 7th grade edu.!!! oh yea i own alot of land also that i paid for with sweat and hard work and no education so get of the school that we need!!!! we need god mom dad and to be tought to work not sit and study things with no meaning that will be gone next year or five years from now if you can raise and keep the food you need, and fix your own rips and tears! you will thrive!!!! god bless you all before we fall!!!!!

The gov could teach the freebes to fish rather that giving them fish. It's a very logical way to break the welfare state. We have to bear in mind that there are some people who will not work; like that surfer boy, age 29 who is on O-Reilly tonight in a follow up interview. He gets $200 a mo food stamps. Why is he getting anything?

i.am.he-it is refreshing to read a story like yours. Many people would have been even more rebellious under those conditions but you knuckled down , made it through, and learned lessons that allow you to live off the
land if need be and prosper while doing so. Having spent my childhood on a farm, I know what hard work is and also that it is very rewarding. You are on the right track-keep up the good work. Good Luck America !!!
