If what they were doing was not illegal, then why go through all the effort of blocking the release of the video. Are you implying that people viewing a video of them profiting off the sale of aborted fetal tissue is not the image they wish to portray. Are they not proud of their work? Shouldn't they want the public seeing what they do?

So what? If they don't feel ashamed or that it would reflect negatively upon them, then why the big deal. You know why. They don't want the public to see them selling fetal tissue, so they use the courts to keep this from the public...dumass!

I was raised Catholic, but turned away from the church at an early age. I do not follow or believe in any organized religion. I do believe in the sanctity of live, and thus I am against abortions because I feel it it morally wrong.

I don't have a problem with birth control. I do have a problem aborting a human life unless the life of the mother is involved. In my opinion, one of the largest problems we have today is that people don't want to take responsibility for their actions.

I subscribe to the libertarian view that all individuals have the right to exercise sole dominion over their own lives, and have the right to live in whatever manner they choose, so long as they do not forcibly interfere with the equal right of others to live in whatever manner they choose. Taking the life of an unborn baby violates that position.

I really don't have a theological viewpoint on this issue. Clearly once a fetus is capable of sustaining life on it's own, somewhere in the 22 to 24 week period, I would view the fetus as a viable human being, and terminating it's life as being morally wrong.

Before that period of time, I would side with how the courts have typically looked at this issue as being one of the "potential for human life". Most abortions occur early in pregnancies and I don't claim any authority on judging the morality of early term abortions.

My only point in weighing in on this issue is why those abortion providers felt compelled to go to court in the first place to block distribution of the video exposing the sale of fetal tissue. If what they were doing was already ruled as not being a "criminal offense", then why the need to preclude the public from seeing what they were doing. In my view, they felt that there was a need to prevent the public from viewing what they were doing. I think we both know why.

Unless and until the gov't. starts issuing SS numbers to fetuses, women should have final and irrevocable say on what happens to their bodies.

Are you saying then that a woman who did not yet apply for a SS# for their child is entitled to terminate the life of that child if she so chooses?
