if so. I state that the founding law documents are noted as Organic in the front of the US Code. Do you agree that is law?

No. As I understand it, "Organic Law" states that documents previous to the Constitution such as the Declaration of Independence as taking precedent over the Constitution. I do not agree.

I put this with the people that think the 10 commandments are superior to the Constitution. They are God's laws, but they are not the country's laws.

Please consider: their is a table with the founding documents laid upon it face up. The first on the table in our Constitutional Republic are in order of priority in creating the rule of law upon our land. Is the Declaration of Independence upon which we are built in body, mind and inculcated into some of our beings. I am. I am known as one of these. The Montana Freemen, Shaefer Cox, Ryan Bundy sui juris, the next document is the Articles of Confederation it is recognized in (T)the u(U)nited States of/for America circa 1819 thru 1860-61 The NorthWest Ordinance is in force, for some, Not Oregon. This is known as the four corners rule: these are built in law and in perpetuity from The Revolution to the unchanged, chain of possession and provenance and evidence that our status is known. we are free men and women with these documents of law and natural law and our creators law.
From the era of Lincoln it has been a color of law legal fiction. It seems, that there are treaties and statutes at large and rules and codes and statutes and acts and rulings from the corporate governance. Also upon the table as governing law the entire body of work. It is fraud. Is it fraud? to deceive we the people with a Vatican Corporation, a Confederate states Constitution, the Netherlands Constitution, and a brand new one for the US Inc. Hence, with the pre-amble or without and and what treaties do you honor. Which of the amendments are actually lawfully completed and enacted. There is a whole bunch of stuff that is known fraud and silenced by color of law.

The fraud is sine di of the legislature of the representatives of the several states that formed the Legislative branch of our government. Lincoln will have a Congress at the barrel of a gun. There was an unlawful act against we the people. There were seveal unlawful acts it was an era know as civil war.

In the rules of law fraud vitiates all. We roll it back the fraud and correct the records and move forward with the thruth.
