I hesitate to get into these partisan slap fights because I'm not Republican OR Democrat, but from an outside perspective it's pretty clear that the Republican party is being used by the oligarchy to compromise the power of the Republic. If the Democrats are doing this, they are being far less obvious about it. Since I'm not willing to admit the Democrats are void of ill-intentions, I would say, the reason for the difference is that unlike the Democrats, the Republican found a base that's stupid enough to jump off a cliff if they were told to, so the need to be less obvious isn't there.

What's not debatable is that some of her e-mails were deleted. What is also not debatable is that none of those e-mails were classified at the time she deleted them. So she didn't break any laws. What *is* debatable is whether or not Hillary actually knew that the admin deleted some of the e-mail after the subpoena.
Furthermore, this is such a desperate thread... The e-mails in question didn't cause Benghazi to happen. The Republicans in Congress caused that incident by refusing to approve multiple requests from Obama AND Clinton to fund increased security for the embassies and State Department missions, including those in Libya. The Republicans did everything they could to hide that fact from the people while trying to convince the Republican base of morons that it was all caused by Clinton's e-mails about her yoga class.
