This classification was deleted before being sent to her by her staff, but it remains TS/SCI/TK classified whether marked as such or not, and it was controlled by the originator of these TS documents. Hillary had been read into the TK world and knew that these documents were TS/SCI has they were unmistakable when seen. When found on her server unmarked, they were reclassified to be TS/SCI/TK by the DOD as they should be. Hillary had no authority, nor did her staff, to remove the classifications. Further, is has been determined that her server was hacked several times by foreign sources, thus she has violated the securities act doubly. Since I once held this clearance, I know the rules for its use very well, and had I done what she did, I would now be looking at the world through Leavenworth bars. So should she!

The FBI has the proof, in that the reports were sent by Huma to Hillary, and appeared on her server unmarked, and Clinton admits that they were there unmarked.

What I can't understand about this whole SOS private server issue and whether her emails are classified or not is simple. As a government offical of that high of a level, every one of her emails should be considered classified until it is downgraded to unclassified. It is really that simple.
