Can you please describe that regulation? -- How it works

I'm not sure either, but I suspect it is possibly a sub chapter in the climate change book. The leftists are sure up in arms over it. Whatever it is.

Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers must treat all data on the Internet the same, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, website, platform, application.

"Net neutrality" was a scam perpetrated by the Obama administration to control the internet like a utility. The regulations were actually written by Google. The end result was to control conservative speech on the internet. Sites like cRTV, Glenn Beck, Townhall, etc. were very concerned about these regs.
The vote this week voided these regulations and now allows for a "free" internet where the government is not able to pick winners or losers. What happened this week was a good thing!

Wrong! Obammy wasn't for "free" anything, sorry to say. Do your homework, and you'll find I'm correct on this. Don't let the terminology fool you -- up is down and down is up these days.

If the FCC ruling is allowed to stand, You internet service provider will censor your service. Faster, slower, content, cost...
All these will be in the hands of the big companies now dominating the business..
The small business people may not be given access.
You, with a cookie business in your kitchen may not have access to promote your cookies..
It will be all at the whim of big business..
Do you think that will be good for the middle class??
If this stands we will pay more and get less..

Is that what you had in 2015? Frankly, if my provider slows down my service and raises prices, I will get a different provider! Free-market principles...
