I still dont understand how some woman can come forward 5/10/20 years after an incident and only her word no witnesses no evidence and have a case. I'm a women and I feel sorry for women who have this happen and I do not approve of sexual harrasment at all BUT the time to have come forward is way way back down the road . Are they going to prosecute or is the aim just to distroy a carrier (curious)

It is to destroy the person against whom the charges are leveled. oy Moore is a prime example. There were no charges until he became the Republican candidate against a Democratic candidate, regardless of all the high public positions he had previously held.

Most likely there is a statute of limitations for most of these accusations, so the ones that are decades old won't be prosecuted

I think this is all an orchestrated attack in general. Here's the kicker; I doubt it's the Democrats or Republicans doing this. The hits are landing on both sides. It really looks like there's an outside influence at work here. I wouldn't hazard a guess at who it might be, but it sure looks that way. Maybe this is the next step for The Donald in draining the swamp? Honestly wouldn't put it past him!

Don't need to be prosecutable, the damage is in the reputation. Remember, a politician's greatest asset is his (alright... or her) reputation. If you can smear a politician with the suspicion of impropriety, you can end his (yes, I know... or her) career. That's where the money shot is.

It's a terrifying thing for a man to be accused of crimes of a sexual nature. There will always be that nugget of doubt in the eyes of the people around you and there's nothing you can do to remove it because it's practically impossible to prove a negative. I know because it happened to me a few months ago. In time, I'm sure I'll get over it eventually, but just being alone with a woman right now makes me cringe. It's a horrible feeling.

Technically, since my mother wasn't Jewish but my father was. I have always identified as a Jew. My moniker is because I have Mexican grandchildren, one of whom called me PoppaGringo because her father used to refer to me as 'that d----- gringo', but in a jocular, familial manner.
