Ah so.... Now I remember...

the reprobate claimed he did not know those balls were soft... In a game they won by what 38 points??

clearly, the outcome was created by the soft footballs...LOL..

I may not like the Patriots but that was a hard sell.. If you are a fan, it would stick in you craw...

Both teams used the same balls...what was unfair about it?

Perhaps so, but you wield a mean keyboard...when the mood strikes.

I am somewhat hamstrung by the new rules. Never can tell when someone will come down with a case of butthurt.

I could get out. I just need someone to tote the deer.

Oh, man, that's awful. Guess you'll just have to trade her in, or put her out to pasture and replace her. Maybe keep her around the house to keep the new one in line. Oh well, we all go there eventually...

Not so each team has an allotment of balls and uses only those..

But this is a non issue if I ever heard of one..

True on both counts. Quarterbacks actually have a guy who takes care of their balls and nobody else is allowed near them off the field. As for it being a non-issue, I doubt Tom Brady would see it that way. I reckon what the NFL (and Goodell in particular) did to him was nothing short of disgusting.

I was not concerned.. But do you truly believe that Brady did not know about the balls condition??

It had absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of the game.. That was not even close..

Couple ounces of air in freezing cold probably more of a mental advantage. I agree, non- issue.

Not so Frostie, the home team is responsible for all the balls being used, just like in baseball.

I really don't think he knew. Put it this way; they're watching him like a hawk now and his play has not deteriorated one iota. Plain truth is he didn't need it, so why take the risk?
