Inject her with EBOLA.
Ebola hemorrhagic fever causes many fairly common initial symptoms, like diarrhea, fever and vomiting. The grand finale, where Ebola really shines, may include massive internal bleeding, bleeding from the eye sockets, mouth, nose and rectum (basically every orifice) — and of course, eventually, death.

CRUCIFY her.
Nails through the feet and wrists hold her to the cross. Actual death can come from a variety of causes, including asphyxiation, dehydration, a sepsis infection from the nail wounds, or a heart attack. It can take hours to die, or even days.

Have her STOMPED BY AN ELEPHANT.
If the executioner (and elephant trainer) know their stuff, they could have the elephant apply pressure to certain parts of the body, break bones, and then for the closing act, slowly flatten her head into a pancake.

FLAY HER ALIVE.
Slowly peeling the skin off of another human being is a gruesome and painful way to go. It’s a torture and execution technique that has been around for millennia. A very slow, very painful way to die.

HANG, DRAW AND QUARTER HER.
The specifics of this method of capital punishment are more ghastly than you might have realized. The basics are as follows:

1. Drag her behind a horse until she’s almost dead.
2. Hang her, but not to death.
3. Circumcise her and stuff the cut off bits into her mouth.
4. Scoop out her internal organs.
5. Chop off her arms and legs.
6. And last, for good measure, chop off her head.

If it's done right, she won't die until her head comes off.

THROW her into a VOLCANO.
If you throw her into an active lava flow she won’t die right away, as death scenes from the cinematic universe (goodbye Gollum) would have us believe. She’ll just float on top of the lava for a while, burst into flames, and then die.

LING CHI SLOW SLICING.
Death by a thousand slices. It is possible that a couple dozen would do it. While Chinese water torture might be a misnomer, Ling Chi, or “slow slicing,” definitely belongs to the Chinese. In practice for about a thousand years, this cruel ritual was finally banned in 1905. The victim was dispatched by, well, slow slicing. It’s a very descriptive name. Carried out in public, this kind of death could take a very long time to end — depending on how aggressive the initial slicing or dismemberment happened to be.

Squeeze her into a rubber tire, fill the tire with something flammable, like gasoline, and then set it alight. In essence, this is death by burning, although the flames will char her long before smoke inhalation can knock her out. You might want to say this is something “inhumane,” but there are those who might say she's also not human, so 'sall good.

This is a device used to rip human flesh from bone. The name is very misleading, as it doesn’t tickle at all. It can also take a very long time to cause death if done right.

Larry, I DO like the way you think. Plenty of Great ideas offered indeed. We can definitely discuss exactly what the method should consist of, however the ticket price is MUCH to high. After all, this is to be a show for ALL the people, not just the Elites. Besides, the$ generated by the live T.V..viewing should be a rather decent amount to offer up to the survivors of her crimes.
As for method, may I ask for the possible inclusion of slowly cooking her over and open fire. Something similar to that which was described in the book "The Frontiersmen". The Shawnee managed to keep the subject alive for more than three days after his skin had been roasted off and his eyeballs melted in their sockets.
