One particularly affected local man claims to have eliminated 'literally thousands' in a matter of hours using an automatic version of the Thompson sub-machine gun fitted with a 200-round drum magazine. No bodies were recovered, leading to speculation that the monsters are evacuating their dead and wounded as they are hit.
