I have written on this before but it is good to see someone on Fox come forward to debunk the idea of any scandal around Uranium One and then Secretary of State Clinton.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/shep-smith-breaks-fox-news-130805515.htmlFox News anchor Shep Smith broke from his network’s hyperventilating coverage of the “Uranium One” pseudoscandal to debunk allegations of wrongdoings by Hillary Clinton.
Smith, never one to blindly toe the party line, took to task President Donald Trump ― and, implicitly, his cable news network of choice ― over the “inaccurate” portrayal of the sale of a Canadian mining company with major U.S. holdings to a Russian company.
“Here’s the accusation,” Smith explained Tuesday. “Nine people involved in the deal made donations to the Clinton Foundation totaling more than $140 million. In exchange, Secretary of State Clinton approved the sale to the Russians — a quid pro quo.”
It’s a claim that has dominated Fox News in recent weeks after The Hill published a deeply flawed report about a “Russian bribery plot” involving the sale. Following pressure from the president and several Republican members of Congress, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced earlier this week that the Justice Department would consider appointing a special counsel to review the deal as well as other matters involving Clinton and other Democrats.
There’s never been any evidence that Clinton acted inappropriately and, as Smith notes, “the Clinton State Department had no power to approve or veto that transaction. It could do neither.” Indeed, the State Department was just one of nine agencies that signed off on the deal and Clinton herself wasn’t even on the committee.
“The accusation is predicated on the charge that Secretary Clinton approved the sale,” Smith said. “She did not. A committee of nine evaluated the sale, the president approved the sale, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and others had to offer permits, and none of the uranium was exported for use by the U.S. to Russia. That is Uranium One.”

The funny thing is that the right wing nutters are up in arms that Fox is setting them straight, what knuckleheads only buying lies.

I can not believe that any reporter has the same facts on this matter then the US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE and CONGRESS. It so serious now that the smoking gun has been identified, and given her past illegal actions, a SPECIAL PROSECUTOR should be brought in to investigate and bring charges against her if the evidence indicates any truth in these claims.

You leftists are quick to condemn the right/Conservatives and even quicker to excuse the leftist/Marxist.
OK Goobers.
There's no Uranium One scandal and Mrs. Clinton is innocent.
Now let's get back to making America great again.
Hey Goober, old Trump hit it out of the park on that China visit.
But three of your black democrat brothers were stealing from the Chinese and embarrassing the whole world.
Is that all you colored folks learned from Obammy.

I began to suspect Ole Shep of some failure in personality and judgment when he abused/bullied a woman over a parking space a while back.
Trumps unsuccessful Asia Trip! The American Conservative
http://www.theamericanconservative.com/larison/trumps-unsuccessful-asia-trip/Like his first trip abroad, Trump's Asia trip was unsuccessful and marred by some significant mistakes. The president returns home this week with nothing to show for his efforts! Only those who wallow in the the right wing propaganda swamp would believe otherwise!

Yah, rate chon, ole Raylan! rate yon!
Had Obama done anything but grin like an Opossum, and flex like a soaked reed, Trump could have stayed home and dealt with Obama's other hideous messes.(No cartoon needed, just fact.)
