It is past the point where Americans who love this country as it was founded, (on individual liberty and freedom of speech) can afford to feel sorry for useful idiots who excuse treasonous corruption. Supporting even a soft coup is dangerous. The left, mainly through Obama has literally corrupted ALL the institutions of our government. Remember he did promise a "fundamental transformation", and he came very close to succeeding. If Hillary had made into the White House All this corruption and abuse of power would either be destroyed or covered-up. Because Obama, Hillary, and their cronies are so arrogant and have so much contempt for the rule of law and the American people, (plus they knew they had the media to protect and cover for them,) and as they had gone 8 years without ANY accountability they most likely thought they were untouchable. You are right. Trump's election was in large part a repudiation of Obama's radical agenda. It started in 2010 and the "people" have been firing Democrats on a massive scale ever since then. Freedom loving Americans don't want to live in the kind of third world banana republic dictatorship that Obama, the Democrats and the media consider to be their utopia.
I remember when the corruption in the Nixon administration came to light, the Republicans as well as the Democrats demanded that he be held accountable. All through the Obama administration when Obama did things that literally made Nixon look like a saint, (and we were just seeing the very tip of the iceberg thanks to the collaboration of the media,) there was only excuses and defense for Obama's actions. Even now when the lies, treasonous corruption, and abuses of power are abundantly clear we still see excuses and defense. America can't afford to feel sorry for those who are willful on their desire to be duped, and demand that the rest of us accept being duped as well.
