I know all the lovers of democracy will agree with me on what a fine selfless act this is..

We will see good results for years..

nvestor and philanthropist George Soros has moved $18 billion to his foundation -- the majority of his estimated $24.6 billion fortune.
The Open Society Foundations, which seeks to promote democracy around the globe, confirmed the massive donation on Tuesday. A foundation official told CNNMoney in an emailed statement the move "reflects an ongoing process of asset transfer that has been underway for several years."
The Wall Street Journal first reported the transfer of the funds.
The Open Society Foundations has outposts in more than 100 countries, according to the organization's website. It has worked to combat authoritarianism, promote human rights, and support "marginalized" groups -- including refugees, the LGBT community, and minorities.
Soros, 87, "plans to leave the vast majority of his wealth to the Open Society Foundations," the official said.
Based on figures from the National Philanthropic Trust, the $18 billion capital injection potentially makes the Open Society Foundations larger than the Ford Foundation and the second-largest charity behind tech billionaire Bill Gates's foundation.

Funding groups like Antifa is considered charity? Well, OK. Now they can buy bigger, better weapons to use for all of the good things they are accomplishing everywhere.
Go George!

Just one thing. We don't want global government here and we'll shove Soros' money up his decrepit old ass...figuratively.

The $40 billion the hag spent didn't win it for her, did it?

So, with this he becomes the Savior of the world. Why does he hate America, and why do you people adore him. Everything that he stands for and everything he supports is to destroy America. Sir, if this is who you look to be our Nation's guiding light, then I have to say you have no idea what is America.

Philanthropist George Soros is a Progressive Fascist as was his father, a Nazi Fascist.
He contributes as much to this nation as his father did for Germany... bondage.
He is a very intelligent man with an evil agenda.
No one wins, chained for the cause of tyranny.
If this is your cause; you have lost if you win. Evil will be defeated in the end.
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,
against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness,
against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12

Personally, I like my liberties and freedom; although, they are being quickly lost.
If I stand alone, whether I live or die, we will win! This I am certain.

No difference...and the difficulty is taking a little of our own influence back. It makes no difference which party the entrenched Establishment candidate being bribed with "campaign donations" belongs to. Don't you understand the roll playing going on here?

I do and it's all about the money. So how is Trump going to do anything about it?

You're kidding, right? Your knowledge of history goes back further than Obama, right? You have more than an elementary knowledge of economics, right?

Go back a hundred years. Examine important pieces of legislation and ponder the results...the passage of the 17th amendment for example and how it relates to the idiotic immovable incumbencies we' made possible.

These guys have created rules that make it possible to get nothing done and blame it on "procedure". Used to be a filibuster was a filibuster. If a Senator or the party wanted to filibuster they went through pain. Now it's "Uh...let's not and say that we did."

Wasn't some poor guy killed in New York while selling single cigarettes out on the street? He bought a carton legally and resold them.

Used to be stuff like that wouldn't fall under the mantle of "things that need to be regulated" and in fact, go to many countries and that's how folks make their living.

Here in the good ol' US it's better in the government's mind for people to be dependent it seems sometimes.

My brother in law bought some property near the beach a few miles north of Ventura CA many, many moons ago. Reagan was governor then. About 30 years ago the area was declared a protected area and my brother in law was not allowed to build on it, sell it, CA would not buy it and they still made him pay property taxes. I don't know if that condition still exists but it did the last time we spoke.

I could give hundreds of examples and you could think of a few yourself if you choose to.
